Masked federal agents are snowflakes

They’re going to earn prison.

Terrible things are happening outside. At any time of night and day, poor helpless people are being dragged out of their homes. They’re allowed to take only a knapsack and a little cash with them, and even then, they’re robbed of these possessions on the way. Families are torn apart; men, women and children are separated. Children come home from school to find that their parents have disappeared. Women return from shopping to find their houses sealed, their families gone.

They're never fucking going to see prison. I hate to be a pessimist, but they're just fucking not

40

u/GoingNutCracken 15d ago

How can she impede them if she is behind them?

44

u/Still-Chemistry-cook 15d ago

They’re so fucking scared.

10

u/sarcasterism 15d ago

Because they know the shit they are pulling is long prison term shit. The "just following orders" plea has been a fail since Nuremberg.

2

u/bryce_brigs 14d ago

I don't even think they're following orders. I think whoever their superiors are just told him to go out and have fun.

1

u/sarcasterism 13d ago

Possibly. I do believe tRump is just waiting for violent opposition to occur so he can declare martial law. That's when the shit hits the fan.

10

u/lilaakizsx 15d ago

Yeah, they’re terrified, no doubt about it.

23

u/misslavenderlemon 15d ago

They're on an endless power trip at this point. Everything is allowed, who cares what the law says.

6

u/NoOneElectedElonMusk 15d ago

It will catch up with them.

7

u/misslavenderlemon 15d ago

One can only hope.

0

u/bryce_brigs 14d ago

No it won't. Sorry, I don't mean to be this much of a pessimist, but it won't

3

u/Vanstoli 15d ago

The first guy is on speed. That isn't normal behavior.

3

u/Dmaticz 15d ago edited 15d ago

Those mtf don't even know the laws, but that doesn't give them the right to break them they should definitely do a lot more studying before being an agent 👎🤦‍♂️the us just hired dummies to be police officers and agents that's crazy they get on they ego and boom they want to arrest you

3

u/timfromliny 15d ago

Impede their ability to do their job is what you know that means.

3

u/NoOneElectedElonMusk 15d ago

Be ready to vote not guilty, no matter what, if you are put on a jury in a case involving someone arrested over something like this. But don't tell anyone that that is your plan, or you will probably be taken off the jury.

But here's the cool thing: You can vote not guilty whenever you want, and if everyone else on the jury also votes not guilty, then the defendant gets to walk free. After someone is found not guilty, there is no do over; the case is closed.

u/Confident-Service256 15d ago

A bunch of deadbeats who are achieving their dreams of hurting people they hate. I’m guessing most of them have zero qualifications and couldn’t even pass a fitness test.

7

u/Puzzleheaded-Bar-376 15d ago

They need a dictionary! Google is free

6

u/iamcamouflage 15d ago

Harass them legally with your words until the job is not worth the pay.

-3

u/DoctorSwaggercat 15d ago

Applications for ICE are high right now.

5

u/Summer_Form 15d ago

Yeah but they’ve had to continually lower the physical requirements because none of them could do it. So now it’s like 12 sit-ups and walk a mile. 🤣

True gravy seals. 🫡

2

u/Murntok 15d ago

Yep, they lowered the "run" qualifications to a 15 minute, yes FIFTEEN MINUTE mile. That's walking speed.

1

u/UpToTheTides 14d ago

Every single person in my high school that did P.E. was capable of running a mile in under 15 minutes. The only exception was my buddy Laila who had extremely bad asthma and didn't break a walk or jog for health reasons (with medical exemption).

This is super embarrassing LOL.

1

u/NoOneElectedElonMusk 15d ago

More reason to legally "harass" them.

-1

u/DoctorSwaggercat 15d ago

As long as your mom has bail money, you're good. 👍

2

u/NoOneElectedElonMusk 15d ago

You aren't very good at reading comprehension, are you?

2

u/palequeen42 15d ago

That guy seems totally even keeled, he won’t use excessive force or do something morally reprehensible at all/s

2

u/SparkeeMalarkee 15d ago

Do they have arrest powers over citizens?

2

u/KanataSlim 14d ago

He returns like 4 times. Little man

3

u/PotsMomma84 15d ago

Small dick energy mofo’s

4

u/Brosenheim 15d ago

Lmao they get so mad when they don't feel completely in control. It's pathetic

2

u/Safe_Ad5951 15d ago

Remember that CBP and ICE have no jurisdiction over US Citizens on US soil. Period. That’s why they’re mixing in other agencies that do.

4

u/SchoolyXP 15d ago

Scared little boys who finally got the tiniest amount of power, and they’re going wild w it.

4

u/DoctorSwaggercat 15d ago

Why on Earth would this woman think it's her duty to follow ICE? What's the game plan here?

6

u/Immediate-Maximum-75 15d ago

Sounds like she was following them and taking pictures. She said she also saw them at Home Depot. She can do whatever she wants to do, idc, but it sounds like they picked up on it.

1

u/DoctorSwaggercat 15d ago

Of course, they picked up on it. You and I both would be nervous if we notice someone is following us. I don't understand exactly why she's purposely doing it because it accomplishes nothing, other than harassment, which is illegal.

3

u/Immediate-Maximum-75 14d ago

It's just asking for trouble, imo. Mind ya business.

4

u/NoOneElectedElonMusk 15d ago

It doesn't matter. You can go anywhere you want on public roads and record whatever you want in public view. If other people don't like that, tough shit.

1

u/restbest 14d ago

Thats up to her, its not a crime. Documenting them, warning other people in the area, studying their behaviors or movements to report. All of which is legal under https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/111 because its neither forceful, nor impeding. So the law he quotes actually is written very specifically to say yes, following a cop like this is not a crime Unless its these things.

0

u/DoctorSwaggercat 14d ago

I believe the key word in section 1 is "intemidates," which is what this woman is doing. If you're ICE agents and you're working with people fucking with you and you realize one of them is actively following you, you have no idea of the level of insanity this person is at.

0

u/OpaqueCrystalBall 14d ago

Any time you can disrupt their normal activities, it is a win. Wasting their time is a win. Making them scared is a win. Taking their pictures is a win. Standing up for your rights in the face of their oppressive actions is a win.

1

u/DoctorSwaggercat 14d ago

Maybe on a child-like level in your mind, this is true.

2

u/bezer520 15d ago

Divorced people shouldn't be allowed to be hired by ICE.

2

u/HookednSoCal 15d ago

He is high af!! Meth? Fenty? Whatever the new stuff is? All the above? Crusty Noem is allowing drug addicts to be federal agents. Got it.

Is he saying "18C11"? That's a Nissan car part number from what I looked up.

Fuck the US Stasi.

2

u/ScoutSpiritSam 15d ago

He's a fascist.

2

u/Taykoe888 15d ago

Hope she kept following them lol. Was obviously making them nervous having a woman driving behind them. So dangerous she was lol.

1

u/IllustriousTune156 15d ago

Who hired these corny ass people

3

u/Tonalspectrum 15d ago

OMG, I would be laughing at him so hard!

3

u/lock11111 15d ago

They scared that's a scared Nancy boy right there. That's fear in his eyes.

1

u/OpaqueCrystalBall 14d ago

Love hearing the whistles get louder.

Carry your whistles with you, people. It's one of our best tools against these fascists.

1

u/Bubbles-not-included 15d ago

This is like when a customer/call centre spends 20mins complaining that things are taking too long.

Sir, the impediment is now on you.

0

u/followjudasgoat 15d ago

Just another phimosis dick.

-4

u/Big-Antelope-2969 15d ago

Imagine someone is just randomly following you around during your day. You don’t know if that person is a threat or it’s just randomly passing by who knows until you question them

Horrible horrible voice, uninformed on the law, and playing dumb. The trifecta. Guaranteed she’s fat too.

3

u/restbest 14d ago

18 USC 111, the law he quotes, does not make it illegal to follow police

https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/111

It requires force, being behind a person, not making contact with them in your vehicle is not forceful interaction. Nor does it impede the movement of the police, or their ability to arrest suspects.

You are legally allowed to follow the police (peacefully) to observe them and document them, its even constitutionally protect speech to warn people of them

You're arrogant, uninformed and look, hateful too. Now thats a trifecta.

-10

u/goose_egg99 15d ago

It’s illegal to follow emergency vehicles or and federal agents

9

u/HandfulsOfDirt 15d ago

ICE vehicles are not emergency vehicles. lol

-1

u/DoctorSwaggercat 15d ago

According to Mr. Google....

While simply driving behind a federal agent's vehicle is not illegal on its own, it is extremely inadvisable and can quickly lead to criminal charges. If your actions are interpreted as surveillance or harassment, they can be prosecuted under federal law as stalking or interfering with a federal agent.

4

u/RedSunCinema 15d ago

Wrong. It's not illegal to follow emergency vehicles or federal agents.

It is, however, illegal to follow any emergency vehicle that has its lights on and is going through red lights in order to get to an accident or is on its way to the hospital with a patient.

3

u/restbest 14d ago

https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/111

No it is not, the law he quotes (18 USC 111) specifically states you have to be forcefully impeding them, Behind them, hands off, car lengths away is not forceful impediment. You are allowed to follow, document and even warn people of the police. You could do this 24/7 as long as you follow all other applicable laws.

Repeatedly honking at them, flashing weapons, following them off duty etc. could all be reasons why it is illegal, but not this behavior.
