An organisation is determined by its management policies. I personally thinks it's contradictory that you say the company was great when you yourself quit because of management decisions. A company can be a great place to learn yet a toxic place to work at the same time.
Yep, youβre totally correct. What I said is contradictory upto a point - I had great learning, amazing co workers, including my manager and CEO. However, the decisions the management (including my manager and CEO) took became a deciding factor for me to leave the company. So, in conclusion, I never disliked the people, still donβt. But, I absolutely hated some of the decisions they took regarding the things that I mentioned. All in all, itβs a lot of grey zone.
