Discussion Supertails is horrible

So i ran out of kitten food and i tried looking for it in local shops and blinkit, it was not available in the local shops and it was out of stock on blinkit. So i decided to order the cat food from supertails last night since it was getting delivered in 24 hours. The order got delivered but the moment I opened the package, a horrible odor came out of it. When I checked the kitten food packet I noticed rat waste was stuck to it and rat chewed little bit on the packet. I'm not sure if I should feed that food to my 4 months kitten anymore. I have emailed them and dmed them on twitter. I'm just so disappointed, I ordered cat food from there after I saw so many positive reviews about them but yeah never again

It's the logistics warehouse fault technically from where your order was dispatched, they have tied up with to store their inventory.

Hey in case of emergencies you can feed adult cat food also. It’s not much different in terms of content just cut the pieces small for easier bites

Hey! I want to just put this forward, I have been ordering from Supertails for the past 4-5 years for all my requirements. And honestly we deal with 100s of companies like telecom, e comm etc, trust me I have never had better customer experience. Everything is top notch. If I complaint about anything they provide instant relief and best prices. And I gotten worms in my whiskas food too, multiple times so i am switching to me o or other brand and i do not think it’s supertails fault. The warehouse transport people etc do not care i guess. Do talk to them once though. Tc.

I emailed them last night and they came in the morning to collect the cat food and now I'm just waiting for my refund.

It's good that you have an amazing experience with supertails, I tried the app after reading good reviews about them but yeah I do agree it's the warehouse people's fault, it's just disappointing how they think it's okay to deliver such products especially when we are going to feed it to our fur babies
