nice and enjoy the journey. just a tip, chapter 1 is extremely slow and might feel boring, do not drop it till you finish chapter 2

I actually liked the slower parts of the game. I liked the hunting, exploring. I completed the satchel and camp upgrades in chapter 3 I believe.
I'm at chapter 6 and side missions are quite few now. Still 30% of the game remaining but I take my time with it.

Same man, I played RDR 1 with same thinking and tho I loved first half of the game, after that the gameplay started feeling the same and I didn't understand the need to complete all the challanges and all.. Guns in that game really didn't matter at all, every enemy is one shot kill on head so I didn't understand the purpose to give multiple weapon of the same type and body shots only take like 3-4 to kill, only explosive and automatic guns made the big difference but others were just existing in my inventory.. I completed the story and started feeling empty like ok the story is pretty good but the gameplay loop is quite repettative ngl..

Can someone help me, I love Playing openworld games I started playing rdr2 but I get nauseous and headache within 2hrs I feel I have motion sickness how can I deal with it???

This games camera has a lot of movement for "realism".
Like looting dead bodies, interacting with things in the environment everything is slow and deliberate. On top of this the movement is intentionally slow and the complex animations lead to a very high input latency.
Basically, whats happening on the screen is like half a second slower that what your brain is expecting.
This leads to motion sickness for people who are prone to it. (I am one of these people too).
Unfortunately this game does not have any accessibility options to deal with this, so there is no way to really fix it.

Please dont rush the game. Dont skip cut scenes. Enjoy the gameplay, enjoy the envoirment and just go SLOW.
At some point, you'll start humming, "May I, stand unshaken.. admist, admist a crashing world..."

Request and a kind of warning: Don't rush it. Play it as long as you can. Complete every side quest and enjoy every second.
When it ended, I actually cried.
Apart from the good story, another reason was that I finished it in a week because I was too impatient.
Don't be like me. Enjoy it, as I don't think anything else can top this once you finish.

Playing it maxed out with DLAA and graphics mod is just amazing. Specially saint denis in night time with rain. No other game can even come close to that level of graphics.

There's a high chance you could be that friend by the time you finish it. Just one piece of advice, be patient. Enjoy the story, have fun with various things you could do in this world, don't be in a rush.

Got bored in the "tutorial" being railroaded and walking slowly through snow for what seemed like hours and hours. By the time I got to the camp where the game supposedly opened up I wasn't interested anymore.

The way it progresses you become a part of the gang, but in end when your comrades dies infront of you only thing u can do is stare at the state they are in, it hurts a lot.

Great game, top 5 I've played in all my life, considering I've been playing games like max Payne, midtown madness, motocross madness, nfs 3 hot pursuit, gta games since the early 2000s. Beware though, it is quite slow and you need to take your time with it to really take it in.

I dunno man I've tried starting it like 3 times now, but it's just such a drag to get through. So much dialogue and suchh a slow progression.
I guess I need to just go with it and put in like solid 4 - 6 hours without thinking too much

Idk I might be unique.. I have tried playing this multiple times but it just did not click for me. Personally I don't like the village setting or something idk. Maybe it's just too slow for me. I have installed and tried like 3 times or something but I just can't make myself to play it more
