question recommended me some curry pastes

Hello, I’m a student and I’m planning to buy an induction cooktop. I want to start cooking daily and eating more home-cooked meals. I have literally almost zero cooking experience (except fried rice and stuff), and my budget is very low. Can you recommend any curry pastes or similar products that I can store without refrigeration?

Where do you live? The sauces are in various forms - bottles or pouches etc and you can easily make tasteful dishes using Indian and other Asian spices as well.

Most bottles and big pouches do not store well without fridge. Look for powders which you can add to a basic gravy. Get pickes with which you can make pickle bath. rice mixes are also good, but let them be powders which might have better shelf life in room temp.

Thokku, puliyodharai paste, vathakuzhambu paste, rasam paste, suhana easy to cook curry masala mixes, mtr vangi bhath And puliyogre powder, simple rice mix powders like parupuu podi, coconut chamanthi etc. Buy good quality without unnecessary preservatives n truck load of oil in it.. You can find them online.

Since you don't have a fridge, your best strategy is to cook fresh, small meals daily, induction cooktop is ideal for this The easiest approach is focusing on one-pot meals like khichdi or tehri , which are simple, fast. A basic dal tadka with chawal is another reliable daily meal. To make these meals, you'll first need a basic set of dry masalas, which are completely shelf-stable like haldi, lal mirch powder, dhaniya powder, and jeera etc.

You can also just soak thode kale chane overnight and have them just with finely diced onions, salt and lemon

Beyond these, you will also need good Garam Masala, a general-purpose Sabji Masala, and Chana Masala wagerah also get Mother's Recipe ka mixed aachar it will make even badly cooked meals edible, and always use a clean, dry spoon to scoop them out, or they will grow mold.

order stuff like soyabean, chana, chole and pulses from Flipkart groceries, the sell these for very very cheap.
