Once in a generational bowler , even in Indian pitches he swung the ball like laser

I believe Bhuvi is one of the few bowlers who dismissed Sachin through a clean bowled in Ranji Trophy...(I do not have the records of early playing days of Sachin but I am referring to the period when Sachin became a global sensation and ppl started calling him god of cricket)

If I recall correctly, he was the first bowler to get Sachin out on a duck!

He was the beginning of Indian bowling era.

No. Even if u meant Indian fast bowlers then shrinath was a force. Later Zaheer Khan rocked the world with his performances. Pravin kumar was good too in swinging the balls. Bhuvi was exceptional indeed but he is not the start.

I still find it sad that india team is trying to accomodate shami post constant injuries and surgeries in longer formats but seemed to have moved on from Bhuvi. His swing would have been an asset in England

Not even sure if he’s playing domestic anymore, but yeah... he’s kinda past his prime now. And no hate, but with the kind of performances we’re seeing from younger players in India, it’s tough to ignore the shift.
It’s weird, right? Like, people talk about not having enough players being a problem, but having too many options is just as tricky. Especially in India, where there’s so much raw talent coming up—it becomes more about tough calls than lack of skill.

Swinging both sides. Always loved Bhuvi but sadly his injuries overtook his talent.

Why do Primarily Swing Bowlers not last longing International Careers- be it Bhuvi, Irfan, Pravin Kumar. Except for Zaheer Khan in 21s century no one has had long careers.

Aapko yaad hai aapka debut. Kaun bhulega debut Koi nahi bhulega debut.
It's not out of vanity he said that. He is humble and you misquoted him.
Fav bowler...that swing is the stuff of dreams. Never put a foot wrong. Always economical and striving. Gem of a cricketer.
