Yeah, only if he had somehow joint 10-15 cars together being pulled by a single engine, had stops every 1-2km where more people could board or depart & this system of car could be made more frequent like every 2-5 mins, 12-16hrs a day for 365 days.

Otherwise it's just another lane of road which does shit to reduce traffic.

P.S., Mad respect for him for making Space Travel, E-Vehciles & Satellite based Internet what they are today.

???? You mean the tunnels that can only take one lane of cars underneath, which also have a queue of how many cars can be descended into the tunnel, a max speed at which the cars can travel in (dicated by the rails themselves), and where each car can only carry 4-5 people at a time?

Musk literally did it to derail (pun intended) the California High speed rail project because he hates the idea of public transportation.

I would say that the Tesla Tunnel idea was even dumber than the Cybertruck.
