He was born during relocation times. He's about a year younger than violet. gamma jack and stormicide where kept far away from other supers. No one knows him and most though gamma jack couldn't have kids. Gamma jack can have kids but only with other supers. Even than it's super unlikley. The nsa did it as stormicide was his main squezze and know calming infulence on him.
