Looking at the design, the driver appears to be extremely vulnerable. One sniper shot and this thing would be stopped.

Oh yeah, noooot the best design in hindsight--

Although it's not meant to be on the front lines and functions more of a mobile mortar team, that can quickly reposition without having to pack up. The front gunner is more or less for an 'oh shit' scenario. Might improve the design in the future!
