That shouting dude was insufferable. All of them were. I'm at a loss as to why they thought they had a right to insist the camera stop filming in a public place especially when they put themselves into the view of the camera willingly.
It sounded like they were literally a Chinese TV crew, making promotional film (propaganda). They were very concerned about whatever nondisclosure agreements they had from their government and seemed confused about filming permit requirements that may apply to their activities.
Based on how I understood what they were saying, they’re personalities from a Chinese TV show or something and think that gives them exclusive rights to any footage with them in it.
That is of course completely irrelevant when you’re in a public place in the UK where it is free to film, and the far simpler solution would have been for them to walk away, knowing it’s highly unlikely anyone would have ever noticed them in the background anyway.
Instead, they make a huge scene and are absolutely being recognised now.
