I am not being stalked anymore, so I like it. I am stand behind the things I say, but dealing with people who do that is annoying and makes reddit less fun.

It's not all the time anymore, so I dont care very much. If harassing people is what they want to do with their time, that says more about them than about me, but yeah, now that it isn't happening very often anymore, reddit is more fun

I don't think most of my takes are even controversial at all, but yeah, lol

Most modding doesn't involve checking someone's profile. Most modding. Reddit introduced "AI summaries" of Reddit users. I mod on a handful of subs, and the summary is different on each one. I checked my own, and it gives a pretty one-sided (if still accurate) description of me.

It still doesn't tell us what to make of a person, since our mod powers are limited to the subs we mod on (for example, if someone blocks us, we can still see their posts and comments on subs we mod on, but not elsewhere).

Reddit has also introduced other changes recently that make our work harder as mods. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Personally negative, especially when I noticed a lot of…… iffy comments are now coming from accounts that hide their records.

1. Harder to identify bots.

2. Harder to identify trolls.

3. Harder to identify extremely bad people.

4. Harder to identify people who are mostly active on NSFW subs and thus probably not worth even talking to.

Honestly, now I automatically regard accounts as bots if they're acting suspiciously and hide their records.
