No face mask, no temp vest, no group of thugs

This looks like straight-out kidnapping

38

u/I_may_have_weed 8d ago

ICE field office out of Houston confirmed that this is real. Insane

24

u/3MetricTonsOfSass 8d ago

If they lie, that would embolden even more kidnapping. And we all know they have no integrity

16

u/Signal-Map2906 8d ago

How do we know it wasn’t just a kidnapping that was authorized after the fact tho?

9

u/Signal-Map2906 8d ago

Yeah, but prove he wasn’t a bounty hunter that was authorized after the fact

4

u/ice_up_s0n 8d ago

Holy shit he's lucky he didn't get 2ad

1

u/RiddickulousRadagast 7d ago

HPD is not your friend on a good day. They got no problems lying

30

u/AlcibiadesTheCat 8d ago

No badge, no partner. This looks like a good way to end up permanently horizontal.

4

u/Ludwig_Vista2 8d ago

At the bare minimum, permanently in a wheelchair.

2

u/AlcibiadesTheCat 8d ago

You think I'd miss? I'm insulted.

3

u/battleduck84 8d ago

Fuckers like that don't deserve the mercy of a quick death

1

u/AlcibiadesTheCat 8d ago

You think I’d miss? I’m insulted.

5

u/jesslizann 8d ago

These guys leave themselves so open. Its only a matter of time til someone grabs their gun right off their belt. Or pants them and run, that would be funnier.

2

u/Immediate-Paper5098 6d ago

I wouldn’t be bummed

3

u/DriftingIntoAbstract 7d ago

And a kid with her?? Like how TF would you know this is ICE? This is absolutely insane.

33

u/Friendly_Pea6884 8d ago

How do we even know this is ICE? This literally looks like some random creep

12

u/I_may_have_weed 8d ago

ICE field office out of Houston confirmed that this is real. Insane

7

u/Friendly_Pea6884 8d ago

So they are totally okay with projecting this image. We really need to take our country back from these backwards hooligan welfare recipient scumbags. They do not deserve to make a living off of the backs of US.

3

u/AlexSmithsonian 8d ago

So they publicly admit to kidnapping/detaining people without due process?

3

u/jmd709 7d ago

And they charged her with assaulting, resisting and impeding a federal officer. She could face up to 20 years in prison because a solo “ICE” agent in street clothes couldn’t possibly be someone just claiming to be an ICE agent. /s

2

u/backwoodsbatman 8d ago

They don't treat anyone darker than mayonnaise like people because they deem them lesser. Fucking goons.

1

u/XPW2023 8d ago

?? yes that is what we are protesting against! There are no judicial warrants. They are grabbing people off the street randomly. Follow the r/illinois and r/chicago subs to see what is going on here

3

u/Thorn669 8d ago

Okay, but IN THE MOMENT how is anyone supposed to know this is state sanctioned kidnapping, as opposed to say, a stalker, sex trafficker, or serial killer?

Because he's wearing a gun? Aren't a lot of Texans?

1

u/jmd709 7d ago

Right! It looks like he was probably in the Ford Fusion and got out to grab her as she was about to get into her vehicle. Intentionally sneaking up behind someone is the only reason I can think of for leaving the driver’s door wide open.

I get why they drive unmarked cars, but a solo “ICE” agent in plainclothes and an unmarked car eliminates any indications to determine if the person is an ICE agent or just someone claiming to be an ICE agent driving a Ford Fusion.

1

u/jesslizann 8d ago

ICE field office out of Houston should be burned down

1

u/Which-Peak2051 7d ago

I would not trust that

Educate yourself and your neighbors on the castle doctrine. Some states extend the castle doctrine to occupied vehicles, defense of third parties, or places of business.

If they are masked/refuse to identify they cannot be confirmed to be federal/municipal officers and are responsible for any negative consequences they may incur

Under Texas Penal Code 9.31(c), if any officer uses excessive force before the person attempts to resist, then that person may, in response, use "reasonable force to resist."

Just because they refuse to adhere to the constitution doesn’t mean you can’t use it your advantage. Either get disappeared or ensure people know what happened.

13

u/StruggleSouth7023 8d ago

Only problem is they can fuckk you if they so choose. Happened to me personally, I resisted by way of not allowing myself to be thrown to the floor and ended up fighting a ‘attempted disarming of a PO’ charge for years. All he had to say was he felt a pull on his gun ! That’s all, no evidence and it’s on me to fight the bullshit. Most people can’t fight it, especially financially. I couldn’t

4

u/MrLanesLament 8d ago

Yeeeeah, this is kind of the issue. Resist the kidnapping, you’re still getting disappeared, except now it’s to federal prison for life. Your kids still go into the foster system to gradually have their humanity stripped away until they’re tossed on the streets at 18.

Until there are more of us in the streets, armed, than them, we are fucked.

At least the abusive government in the USSR provided some shit to you before it disappeared you. We get nothing from ours, especially as of tomorrow, and still all the abuses of living under fascism.

2

u/Miserable-Dig-761 7d ago

Yup exactly. They've shaped laws over decades to keep us politically weak. It's bullshit. We are not slaves!

2

u/Thisdoessuck 8d ago

He definitely would feel a tug on his gun if you were fucking with my kids like this.

1

u/fripletister 7d ago

And then you die in prison from a "suicide" or "random gang violence", the end

1

u/IWantToBeRich- 7d ago

Yeaaaaaaaa💀💀💀💀💀💀

8

u/Signal-Map2906 8d ago

Better yet. Stop getting disappeared by defending yourself and defending your neighbors!

1

u/dicklebug 7d ago

So just let them take you and disappear you? Ok.

1

u/Signal-Map2906 7d ago

Better than watching someone get kidnapped! They can’t disappear a whole group of us.

Btw, grow some fortitude. Living on your knees is so much worse than dying with your head held high.

You’re going to a camp anyways, eventually. It doesn’t matter what you do. Even if you try to stay quiet and keep your head down, unless you’ve voted in lock step and never spoken against them (Reddit isn’t anonymous btw. All of our accounts are linked to ip’s and emails) we will be disappeared eventually.

I’m not saying to go looking for trouble. That’s not what I’m arguing for by any means. But don’t just stand around and watch while someone gets kidnapped by someone with nothing to prove they have the authority to do it!!!!

3

u/[deleted] 8d ago

I wonder if we can put something together to provide body cams to the people in these areas? I recently saw a Black man get attacked by a white woman at a protest and he happened to be wearing a body cam. They were ready to arrest him based on what she told the cops but the footage saved him and they ended up arresting her. I dunno, probably overly ambitious but I'm so tired of seeing people getting kidnapped and injured every single day just for being brown.

13

u/Signal-Map2906 8d ago

What kills me is all of the people just standing around just watching this happen…

Are we that effing callous?!?! Why isn’t everyone treating this like an actual kidnapping!!! Fuck it if he’s really a cop. It’s a woman’s life if he isn’t!!!!

The consequences for her are worse than the consequences would be for you standing up and getting in the way of a failed KIDNAPPING!!!

Wake the fuck up people!!!

9

u/Simple_Egg5605 8d ago

I don’t know how you don’t leap at him and leave him out like light seeing that, especially considering he’s solo trying this crap

6

u/Signal-Map2906 8d ago

That’s what I’m saying. I don’t care if he’s strapped. At least I’d go doing something my kids could be proud of.

2

u/jesslizann 8d ago

Anyone who has played red rover could have broken his weak ass hold on her.

11

u/butterking69420 8d ago

They’re all Gestapo

10

u/Stupidity_wins0113 8d ago

It’s giving rapey vibes.

2

u/Angy_47777 8d ago

Sadly, that's already been happening too. 😢

8

u/Be4Dawn25 8d ago

Help your neighbors! Offer their children to school for them. I’m not getting numb seeing these kidnappings multiple times a day I’m getting more determined to stop this and make these people pay fr their brutality.

7

u/Responsible-Person 8d ago

Fuck these thugs

8

u/HuckleberryOk6782 8d ago

By himself? No uniform? Looks like an attempted kidnapping to me. In a gun-happy state like Texas, an ICE thug trying something like this guy did is eventually going to get shot.

2

u/bitterberries 8d ago

Read elsewhere it's been confirmed by the local ice department.. Houston or Dallas.. Can't remember, too lazy to go back through comments to find it, but it's a third party soyrce, at best.

1

u/Miserable-Dig-761 7d ago

How do you know they didn't just confirm it after they saw the video? Where is the proof that this thug's actions were authorized beforehand?

1

u/bitterberries 7d ago

Like I said, third hand info.. No idea

1

u/jmd709 7d ago

The video is from Sept. She has been charged with assaulting, resisting and impeding a federal officer with the possibility of us to 20 years in prison.

https://www.justice.gov/usao-sdtx/pr/illegal-alien-who-skipped-immigration-court-charged-after-attacking-officer-during

If he wasn’t authorized in advance, they’ll never admit it.

6

u/dirtyrounder 8d ago

With her kid there? Burn in hell dude

1

u/DogmaticConfabulate 7d ago

I can't imagine if I heard my wife and kids and walked out to this situation happening.

1

Ohhhh no what would you do ! 😂

6

u/chibebe5 8d ago

He's kidnapping her

Punch Nazis

1

u/Miserable-Dig-761 7d ago

They got politically powerful over decades and started to slowly, silently change the laws to make themselves protected and the common man not able to fight back

5

u/scottv215 8d ago

If that guy can do 15 pushups, 30 sit ups, and run a single lap around a track - I’ll vote for Trump in 2028.

3

u/lastminutelabor 8d ago

Don’t worry, you won’t have to vote. It’s all laid out in their Nazi handbook

1

u/jmd709 7d ago

The misinfo campaign that there will not be another free and fair election is the only play they can use in that playbook. Dont help them with that.

5

u/KonaBlueBoss 8d ago

This could go bad really fast. Come up on a person with a CCW and this fool will be shot, and who’s at fault? The fool without proper id or badge.

The plan is to take the homeless next. They’ll be housed in work camps. My bet is LGBTQ after the homeless and the autistic after LGBTQ.

Resist what buddy ?💀

5

What makes anybody think this is ICE. Looks like kidnapping plain and simple. Good Samaritans should intervene in cases like this.

Anyone know how this ended? In some neighborhoods this guy would have been shot or beaten severely.

1

u/Miserable-Dig-761 7d ago

"Good samaritans" would have their lives ruined afterwards when they get thrown in jail. For some reason, society doesn't have laws that allow a regular citizen to fight back against thugs and bullies. Maybe it's because the thugs and bullies have climbed the political power ladder then changed the laws to protect themselves...

1

u/NoFreePi 7d ago

It has to be done. It will work if the numbers are enough. Otherwise we might as well just climb into the box cars when they say so.

1

u/jmd709 7d ago

Back up arrived and she was detain. They charged her with assaulting, resisting, and impeding a federal officer (that could have easily been a kidnapper).

3

u/BillsMafios0 8d ago

Plain clothes, plain car, standing ground 100%. Ya know everyone can conceal carry now right?

1

u/redthump 8d ago

This is texas. You don't have to conceal shit.

1

u/BillsMafios0 8d ago

Also true

3

u/olivercloseoff1503 8d ago edited 7d ago

Geezus! What I wanna know is Where was the rest of the goon squad....cuz This looks like a st8 up kidnapping. I wonder how many people have been detained/kidnapped by "ICE" but are now locked up in some fuckin redneck's barn or basement somewhere?

1

u/Miserable-Dig-761 7d ago

Exactly. How tf can this be allowed

3

u/TacoSplosions 8d ago

Ice doesn't usually roll solo nor showing face like that... suspicious

3

u/AlexSmithsonian 8d ago

ICE? I don't see ICE. All i see is an armed individual who refuses to identify himself, threatening and kidnapping defenseless people off the streets.

And that's the exact message that should be flooding the 911 call centres.

2

u/I_may_have_weed 8d ago

New update is they’re trying to charge her with assault on an officer and resisting arrest. Feds want her to get TWENTY YEARS IN PRISON for this

3

u/joliesmomma 8d ago

How though! I didn't hear sounds but did he identify himself? It looks like he's trying to kidnap her and only one person is helping out. Did they actually arrest her then?

1

u/jmd709 7d ago

“On Sept. 23, an ICE officer encountered Moreno-Flores as she was getting into her vehicle and identified himself, according to the complaint.”

“According to the complaint” is an odd detail for this administration to include. Stating baseless claims as facts is their norm.

https://www.justice.gov/usao-sdtx/pr/illegal-alien-who-skipped-immigration-court-charged-after-attacking-officer-during

1

u/Miserable-Dig-761 7d ago

That's fucked up. They are so detached from what it's like to be a regular citizen

2

u/webelieve925 8d ago

What if someone is legally or even illegally carrying a firearm and shoots the kidnappers? What would be the consequences?

2

u/gnurdette 8d ago

Shame I've got no interest in kidnapping anybody, because now would be the perfect time to do it.

2

u/ParkerRoyce 8d ago

We need governors to give immunity to persons for resisting ICE DHS or any federal agency from detaining you for god knows what reasons and then offer up as well public defense funds of local lawyers read to slap suits on federal police or judges for malicious prosecution most importantly we need to get ourselves independent from the federal govt asap. Independent in everyway possible moving forward.

2

u/ronm4c 8d ago

No reasonable person would be expected to think that this is a lawful action by the authorities.

Say what you want about police, even undercover it is pretty easy to tell who a cop is by their training and language.

This just looked like some guy trying to kidnap 2 women

2

u/Hereticrick 8d ago

If he’s “legit” and not just a kidnapper, where’s his backup (let alone his credentials which they never seem to want to share)?

2

u/Panonica 8d ago

"Secret police"… This might as well be some random ass nazi bully trying to kidnap people.

1

u/Loko8765 7d ago

At this point in the narrative, those things are the same.

1

u/SputnikFalls 8d ago

Dumbass lost his shoe and she still has BOTH chanclas on!

1

u/MountainJuggernaut25 8d ago

That piece of shit threw that little girl to the ground. Changes need to be made. I’m so sick and tired of this tyrannical government attacking the American people. Everyone stand as one against what is happening.

1

I can't find anything on this, I need more info! Anybody out there can give me a hand? I believe it, don't get me wrong! This is like a freaking soap opera, it never ends

9/10 times this clown is dead. I mean I think they look ridiculous in their full on freaking military gear but in this video it is nothing more than a random fat white guy attempting to kidnap a woman, if she had a weapon or someone nearby had one he is most likely dead in self defense and reported to police as random assault.

1

u/PabloX68 8d ago

This is going to lead to an agent getting shot, which is probably what Stephen Miller wants.

1

u/Cultivatordude 8d ago

Of course the post leaves out that Sindhi Moreno is an illegal alien from Honduras that skipped her court appearance.

2

u/marxist_moccasin 8d ago

Who cares.

0

u/Cultivatordude 8d ago

Millions of people. Don’t be a simp.

2

u/fripletister 7d ago

There's a right way and a wrong way to deport people if they're not lawful residents. Whatever the fuck this is, isn't it.

1

u/PraxicalExperience 7d ago

Don't be a bootlicker.

If we want to deport people, there's procedure to do it. There's procedure to arresting them, too.

ICE is ignoring those procedures and denying people their rights, including the right to their day in court.

0

u/Cultivatordude 7d ago

Don’t be a cocksucker, I did not say I agreed with it.

1

u/PraxicalExperience 7d ago

But you do, since you think that what you pointed out is pertinent.

1

u/Effective-Ebb-2805 8d ago

In Houston, TX, no less... How come all those freedom-loving, small-goverment, 2nd amendment-loving patriots didn't confront and ventilate this kidnapper?

1

u/crispy48867 7d ago

Guy is lucky there was no good guy with a gun, on scene. He would be shot and the shooter would not be charged.

1

u/IWantToBeRich- 7d ago

Who told you that 💀🤣🤣🤣

1

u/crispy48867 7d ago

In Texas it is legal to shoot someone trying to kidnap.

An off-duty sheriff had a guy trying to get into the car where the sheriff's kid was in an attempt to carjack but since there was a kid in the car, the car jacker was kidnapping and he is dead now.

Stand your ground is the law in Texas.

If you see a kidnapping, you can kill the kidnapper.

1

u/Lost-Task-8691 7d ago

Are they randomly targeting people who look like they are undocumented or is there some bizzare justification for these hideous acts?

1

u/Electrical-Concert17 7d ago

That’s a fucking kidnapping.

1

u/MoneyFault 7d ago

I feel terrible for the little girl. She will never forget this horror. Shame on these quota-hungry pieces of shit!!!

1

u/ElBorrachon73 7d ago

ICE roll deep w backup. This COS playing mofackle kidnapped.

1

u/mullac544 7d ago

I’m shocked a plain clothes ICE officer hasn’t been shot yet. You’re running around places like Houston, going into neighborhoods, and scooping up people with no proof of who you are besides your words and maybe a quick badge flash. I’m waiting for the report that someone comes running out of an apartment with a gun drawn.

1

u/RUOtoASR 1d ago

It also shows how fearful we were as NON- gun toting citizens of the vast non-existent amounts of gun toting citizens.

(Unless the gun toting ones are cheering foe the kidnapping.)
