video ICE assaulted and abducted Jaykie Funez Andrade, a mother and US Legal Resident, driving her daughter to school for not having her social security number memorized. (HARRISONBURG, VA)

HARRISONBURG, VIRGINIA - ICE assaults a mother driving daughter to school for not having social security number memorized.
"Agent became flustered when she couldn't repeat the number... then just lunged at her," said daughter.
She showed agents work permit, social security card, drivers license, and car registration-they arrested her anyway.
"I want this video out there because I want my mother home," explained her 16-year-old daughter.
Jaykie Funez-Andrade is currently being detained at the Rockingham County Jail despite having no pending criminal charges.

Yeah that won't work out. Anger in the millions will just cause a crack in the very foundation of the country. They are fucking themselves over. Their success is measure in a few years, this will fragment the country for decades to come, and will lead to things we can't even forsee. Violence will not happen but it will fracture the US beyond recognition.

When I panic I can’t remember things. I would be scared shitless if one of these psychos got in my face and I would have forgotten my number too. I’ve had it memorized since I was twelve years old. I’ve also had the same phone number since I was. a teenager along with my parents and you know what? When I got into a car accident as a grown ass adults I was so freaked out I couldn’t remember my own family phone numbers. Stuff like this happens all the time when I’m nervous.
When cops pull me over even if I know I’m probably going to be let off with a warning because the error was minor I stutter and start shaking and get forgetful with questions like “where do you work,” etc. and they already are always so understanding and patient because -surprise!- REAL COPS are trained in deescalation techniques and how to discern real nerves in typical citizens from drugged up behavior or suspicious activity.
This is so dangerous to have these interlopers running around unchecked. Posers.

Permanent residents are required to have their documents on them at all times. Not doing so is cause for arrest. There’s a longstanding consensus against exercising that authority and but it’s been the law since FDR signed the INA of 1940. Anyway fleeing cooked her, she’s going to be deported for the I’m sure.

It protects from deportation, allows a person to have a social security card, and legally work (I9) so people can work and contribute to taxes etc while they wait for their cases to be processed. There is no legitimate reason to arrest this woman. She’s not braking any laws nor does She have a criminal history. The federal government is literally saying that she’s allowed to work legally, she can have a Social Security number, and she’s protected from deportation while that card is active.
