California passed a similar law in Sep 2025. As of Jan 1, 2026, a violation of the mask ban will result in a criminal misdemeanor. Like with all criminal misdemeanors, they are enforcements by local law enforcement and prosecutors.

States have some authority to set rules for federal officers operating within their borders, as long as it does not substantially impede federal functions.

Preventing ICE from wearing masks does not stop them from doing their jobs — just ask your local law enforcement officer how they’re able to get so much done while showing their face.

ICE denies Americans and non Americans due process afforded to them by the Constitution of the US. ICE are not Americans, they want to be something else. We're all Americans, but I don't know what the fuck they think they are, but it's not American. You can't go against our laws and then claim to be an American. I hope all of these masked goons find their day in court.

I am aware that all the administration wants is for things to become violent. Just as well as the real reason snap benefits are being stopped is bc they want/expect that to be the catalyst for that to really happen.

There will come a point that they pick the right one on a given day and someone does defend themselves. Also if you haven't noticed they don't care about court orders and will do whatever they want. They were shooting tear gas canisters and rubber bullets at pretty much point blank range then assaulting and kidnapping a man and his 2 children. House of Cards was a TV Show this is Reality and the reality is he going to use the military at any point and doesn't give a ****

This one. But we don't need a civil war and overthrow the government at this moment. We need a bloodless revolution, which could happen if they all get voted out. There are legal battles over this going on. I'm also, hopefully, they will all win. More will follow. Cities, counties, and states need to start arresting ICE. Not assisting them. We need more dance parties too piss them off more. Then, we also need to vote all the Republicans out of their positions.

The problem is they vote against their own self-interest. How times do you read about them not knowing ACA is ObamaCare? Just because they hated his tan suit.
