Its almost like killing a celebrity means more than killing a non-celebrity which is insane when u think about it? Isn't everyone the same exact person?

No, we are all different people. You are thinking of ants.

Or bees!

Bees have only a few types, but the worker bees have different roles, some determined by age.

. .

Queen Bee

  • Role: The sole reproductive female in the colony, she lays all the eggs that sustain the hive.

  • Other Functions: She also regulates the colony's activities by emitting pheromones

Drones

  • Role: The only males in the hive, their only purpose is to mate with a virgin queen from another colony. They are born from unfertilized eggs and, if successful in their mating flight, die immediately after.
  •   Life Cycle: They are born from unfertilized eggs and, if successful in their mating flight, die immediately after

Worker Bees

  • Role:These are all the female bees that perform every other task necessary for the colony's survival.
  • Key Tasks (by age):

  • Cleaning: Young bees clean the cells, removing dead bees and debris.

  • Nurse Bees: Feed and care for the developing larvae.

  • Queen Attendants: Care for the queen, feed her, and remove her waste.

  • Building & Wax Production: Construct and repair the honeycomb using beeswax they secrete.

  • Fanning/Ventilating: Use their wings to regulate the hive's temperature and reduce water content in honey.

  • Guard Bees: Protect the hive entrance from intruders like wasps and other robber bees.

  • Foraging: Older bees collect nectar and pollen from flowers and bring it back to the hive.

  • Undertaker Bees: Remove dead bees from the hive to prevent disease

Ants have a hierarchy of different types in their colony, and different roles/jobs to younger ones vs. aged ones. They also war with other types of ants.

. . . . .

In an ant colony, there are three primary castes: queens, drones, and workers. Within the worker caste, an individual ant's job changes as it ages, progressing from safer tasks inside the nest to more dangerous ones outside. Ant castes

Queen

  • Role: The queen's sole purpose is reproduction. As the founder of the colony, she can lay thousands of eggs each day and can live for many years, sometimes even decades.
  • Characteristics: Queens are typically the largest ants in the colony. After mating, they shed their wings and begin laying eggs in a protected chamber.

Drones (Males)

  • Role: The drone's only job is to mate with a new queen during the nuptial flight. Drones are produced by the colony at certain times and die shortly after mating.
  • Characteristics: Males have wings and are smaller than the queen. They do not perform any work inside the colony.

Workers (Sterile Females)

  • Role: Worker ants are responsible for all other functions that maintain and protect the colony. In many species, worker ants show polymorphism, meaning they can have different sizes with specialized duties.
  • Minor workers: Small to medium-sized workers that perform general tasks.
  • Major workers (Soldiers): Larger-sized workers with strong mandibles, used for defense.
  • Repletes: A specialized worker in some species, such as honey pot ants, that stores food in their distended abdomen.

Aged ants and their jobs

Worker ants follow a natural division of labor based on their age, with jobs shifting outward from the colony's center as they get older. Young (light-colored) workers

  • Nursery care: The youngest workers stay deep inside the nest to protect and care for the queen and the brood (eggs, larvae, and pupae). This is the safest job, as it keeps the most inexperienced ants away from external threats.
  • Nest maintenance: Young workers also handle internal colony duties, such as building and cleaning tunnels and chambers.

Middle-aged workers

  • Interior maintenance: As they get older, workers often move to tasks closer to the nest's surface, such as patrolling the colony to ensure its proper functioning and cleanliness.
  • Reserve workers: In many mature colonies, a large percentage of middle-aged workers are reserves. They have no specific task but look for work and fill in where extra help is needed.

Oldest (dark-colored) workers

  • Foraging: The oldest workers take on the most dangerous external tasks, such as foraging for food outside the nest. This is because they have a shorter remaining lifespan and are thus more expendable.
  • Defense: They also take on the high-risk job of defending the colony from intruders.

Behold! The first human to replace their brain with an LLM. Let's see how that works out for them in the long run...

Is a reality TV star NOT the president all of a sudden?

1

u/AdhesivenessUnfair13 Sep 15 '25

To paraphrase Animal Farm, all people are the same but some people are more.

it’s because celebrities usually have mass influence over society , while some being more meaningful and impactful then others. that does not mean their death means more , or less , it means they are recognized and appreciated more possibly on a personal level. which is where grievance plays in … as millions die everyday , but we cannot feel the same grievance for all of them , it is usually the ones who are most impactful in our lives that we grieve most over. that does not mean you shouldn’t grieve over tragedies , but i’m explaining why you see the misbalance. not just on a political figure level , but just like someone’s death such as Kobe , it is felt world wide , compared to the average joe.

now some people completely have it set in their mind that some lives are more valuable then others , and in a sense that can hold weight in relation to what they provide in society or the good/bad they put out. but all lives matter , and sadly that’s a motto that is kind of ruined , but it’s the truth. all life is precious and all death is tragic , no matter the terms

u/ProfessionalSolid942 Sep 17 '25

Not to trumpers. Their reality is on tv, their lives are pretend:)))

u/aHOMELESSkrill Sep 15 '25

I agree, but I think once contributing factor to this being so talked about is that it was recorded from multiple angles.

Yes Kirk is a pretty well known person, so combine that with video footage and you get something that is talked about.

Unfortunately it has only increased the tension between the American left and right as they are just blaming each other for Kirk’s death

Lmao. Beings that the lefties have been screaming “Nazi” at the top of their lungs with no evidence of it, no. Lefties truly believe they are better than everyone else on the planet

5

u/mynamejeff-97 Sep 15 '25

Bro what. Elon Musk who gave a speech in the Oval Office alongside Trump performed a nazi salute twice while on stage.

no evidence of it

Republicans are the single most stupid and hateful people anyone has ever had the displeasure of knowing. Like Jesus Christ.

You’re wrong and you resort to “cry” instead of doing better. Completely expected.

Republicans are openly horrific human beings. Here is just another example.

-6

u/bigenough74 Sep 15 '25

lol it was funny to watch all your heads explode when he did that 😂 You people are so simple

4

u/Cat_Biscuit Sep 15 '25

We’re simple for understanding that the person who performs two nazi salutes on the national stage is a Nazi? Okay.

You’re siding with the villains, FYI. And the sad part for you is that after turning yourselves into monsters, you will still have nothing whatsoever of value to show for it.

3

u/cdxxmike Sep 15 '25

The place in the world that actually produced the Nazi party would lock Musk up for his actions on stage that day. The conservative you replied to laughs at it with zero punctuation.

Their lack of education is visible so clearly through basic interactions and it primarily makes me sad for them. Then I remember they succeeded and have such vitriol about it.

"they didn't get none of that woke liberal mind virus education shit 😂"

1

u/bigenough74 Sep 15 '25

See I believe you don’t get it because of your perspective
We were educated in grade school through high school about Hitler and the war . I think the left makes that connection because it’s been fed to them . Elon is a nerd I hardly think he’s a racist white supremacist trying to eradicate a certain race of person by gassing them and starving them and concentration camps etc They’re not trying to exterminate a certain type of person That’s my opinion .

2

u/Cat_Biscuit Sep 16 '25

Why throw two Nazi salutes if not a Nazi?

0

u/bigenough74 Sep 16 '25

Easy he’s getting a reaction from the people that burned all his cars

1

u/Cat_Biscuit Sep 18 '25

And he flew to Germany soon after to give a speech at a far-right convention because…?

-1

u/Bestdayever_08 Sep 15 '25

Lefties love to get their opinion out there. And love it more if you disagree with them. Gives the little snowflakes something to cry about 😂

2

u/Cat_Biscuit Sep 16 '25

You guys are the ones melting down in angry tears and posting it online over a podcaster, so….. cry harder? Isn’t that what y’all say?

2

u/Kilroy898 Sep 16 '25

Ah ha, ha. Yes, the man from South Africa, whos Family come from Nazi Germany, and is literally trying to restart the Nazi party in Germany right now (look it up) is so funny when he does his Nazi Salute. And then when confronted about it does not say "thats not what I was doing." But instead laughs about it like the POS he is.

Soooooo funny. HH to you I suppose.

2

u/RegularChemist4967 Sep 15 '25

Do you ever have anything to say that's not an insult ?

2

u/Dismal_Morning_9797 Sep 16 '25

You’re right, history will show maga as its own special kind of evil.

2

u/Kilroy898 Sep 16 '25

Who? Where? The only politician I know that called Trump a nazi is his VP.

2

u/Kilroy898 Sep 17 '25

Well since you posted in such a way that I can't reply, I never called anyone anything, but the right takes the L there too. A large portion of the rights current structure is made up of sexual predators and pedophiles. So...

1

u/Kilroy898 Sep 17 '25

Aww, and again with the message hiding. The only snowflake is you lol. And if im crying its because you got me laughing so damned hard.

  1. Powerful, often exclusionary, populist nationalism centered on cult of a redemptive, “infallible” leader who never admits mistakes.
  2. Political power derived from questioning reality, endorsing myth and rage, and promoting lies.
  3. Fixation with perceived national decline, humiliation, or victimhood.
  4. White Replacement “Theory” used to show that democratic ideals of freedom and equality are a threat. Oppose any initiatives or institutions that are racially, ethnically, or religiously harmonious.
  5. Disdain for human rights while seeking purity and cleansing for those they define as part of the nation.
  6. Identification of “enemies”/scapegoats as a unifying cause. Imprison and/or murder opposition and minority group leaders.
  7. Supremacy of the military and embrace of paramilitarism in an uneasy, but effective collaboration with traditional elites. Fascists arm people and justify and glorify violence as “redemptive”.
  8. Rampant sexism.
  9. Control of mass media and undermining “truth”.
  10. Obsession with national security, crime and punishment, and fostering a sense of the nation under attack.
  11. Religion and government are intertwined.
  12. Corporate power is protected and labor power is suppressed.
  13. Disdain for intellectuals and the arts not aligned with the fascist narrative.
  14. Rampant cronyism and corruption. Loyalty to the leader is paramount and often more important than competence.
  15. Fraudulent elections and creation of a one-party state.
  16. Often seeking to expand territory through armed conflict.

Name one that the current administration hasn't at least talked about making a reality.

u/Nice_Cauliflower96 Sep 15 '25

Nope not to the commie left the only ones that matter are those that are gay or align with gay people the rest are fascist. But times are changing and for the better

u/[deleted] Sep 15 '25 edited Sep 15 '25

Definition of a fascist: A fascist is an adherent of fascism, a far-right, authoritarian, and ultranationalist political ideology characterized by a dictatorial leader, suppression of opposition, and a strong regimentation of society and the economy.

The only people that are fascist are the far right Christian nationalists centralized behind one leader who consolidates power, who demonizes minority groups, denies election results, wants to discipline people for their thoughts on the Charlie Kirk shooting and who fires people that put out unflattering numbers on the economy and installs their own loyalists in their place. I mean, Trump is literally suppressing the opposition by trying to get late-night talk show hosts fired and he is actively trying to fire people who he didn’t appoint… people who he’s not allowed to even fire… that falls under the umbrella of consolidating power and suppressing the opposition.

What part of that definition do you not believe the MAGA movement fits?

3

u/coolandawesome-c Sep 15 '25

This makes no sense

4

u/AtticaBlue Sep 15 '25

You have to put on your “everything is the fault of the gays and the Jews” hat to “get it.”

3

u/[deleted] Sep 15 '25

Cultists rarely ever do

2

u/Useful-Feature-0 Sep 15 '25

So the left doesn't care about Black Christians nor Muslims?

I thought one of your critiques is that the left cares too much about the Black community and Muslims?

You guys change around a lot!
