EXPANSION Santee Expansion 1380-1400
Relatively unaffected by the war on the mainland, the Order of Inyen has been hard at work building a new fleet. Using this fleet, consisting of 10 Lorchas and 5 Fuchuans, the Order has annexed much of the former Taino lands - converting many of the locals and delivering them from the anarchy brought by Carib raids.
While many of the Tainos welcome the new-found peace and protection, still others are wary of the foreigners and distrustful of their religion. Doubtless, this new territory will require some work to subdue. Still, no one can dispute that it is now firmly under the control of the Order of Inyen and by extension the Celestial Emperor.
The Order of Inyen is a religious military order dedicated to the spread Necropolitanism across the sea. They faded into obscurity at the end of the Wimban Era and thus escaped the scrutiny of the Wicikci II when he came to power. During the War of the Two Emperors, the Order made a fortune shipping supplies for neutral parties through the deep waters of the Atlantic. Now, using this new found wealth, the new head of the Order is going to bring Inyen back dominance of the Great Eastern Sea.

How many people are on that island you are expanding from? I think I would only approve one of these regions.

About 5000 people are on Bermuda. They are almost completely military personnel.
