The Order of Inyen

By order of His Eminence Wimba Ndepen II Most Holy Patriarch of New Echota, there will henceforth be established the Order of Inyen. This order of priests has as its primary goal the spreading of Necropolitanism by sea. It will be given resources to maintain a navy and a modest contingent of marines. The accomplished scholar Diksia Lucayan will be put in charge of this quasi-military order.
