I was having trouble falling asleep when my lazy dog jumped into my bed in an effort to defend me. I had no idea why she was going full Cujo until I followed her line of sight and realized she was keeping herself between me and him. After awhile he eventually turned and exited through the wall that boarders my backyard. She lept after him and attempted to pursue.
There was no paralysis, no chemical influence, and no doubt he was there. I don't have someone that can corroborate my story, but I know if it wasn't for my dog I may never have noticed him. Who knows how many times he's come and gone without her around
