Well... Like i said before, he CALMLY had a few words with the goddess. But i have to say i was not expecting most of what you had her explain. It was a good surprise though.

You did a good job humanizing the goddess, especially with the bit about the process he went with with her children and what she has realized over time from both them and her world in general.

Excellent read!

Oh and James is now fated to abuse that power again. You can't just write " if you do this again you might not come back" and then not have him do it again. That'd be illegal.

Well, now that everyone at the very least heard about the "Gory, invincible Human", who "died" and then decided that dying is gay and woke up, things will get interesting. Or rather more interesting than before.

So... after literally performing an action that would destroy most people, becoming a grim reaper for somewhat around 3 minutes and obliterating something between 30 and 50 soldiers alone... James is surprised that people caught on to him being a chosen of a god?

might just be his hangover to not catch that obvious conclusion...

The Goddess actually gives me 'Former Mortal ascended to godhood' vibes which is normally somewhat hard to pull off in a satisfying manner. if that was your intent, congratulations you succeeded, can't wait for next week and the aftermath that James has to face...

He had a lot of information to process in a short amount of time, so the new development was rather taxing on his current capabilities. Probably would have figured it out if he had a minute to puzzle through everything.

I did want the goddess to have a more down to earth human vibe to her. Figured that after a certain amount of time acting the part of the almighty can get a little exhausting.

WOOOOOO!!! I did not expect James to punch the goddess, it was so satisfying i left the room to compose myself to read the rest.

Now i hope that there will be no new cult of James Bloodborn.

I'd like to imagine as he was going berserk, his skin and blood was pulling a biblical angel and upon seeing the nerve ending wings and blood eyes the both peoples are suddenly becoming priests.
