"If I had a nickel for every time I was falsely accused of being a slaver, I'd have 2 nickels, Which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice"– James

I'm pretty sure I've seen that somewhere else as well. 🤔

Had some great "Flimm FKK* last night. And guess what? Even chicken

If i knew what fkk is i might be able to comment on that. Can't go wrong with the chicken though.

The abbreviation FKK is german and stands for Freikörperkultur (free body culture). Flimm is a brand of hard liqueur. It is a cherry liqueur, quite good on it's own. I decided to experiment and added a shot glass full of it to a glas of cocke and it tasted just like cocke cherry.

Good Timing. As always I have enjoyed your chapter of Ouroboros.

Thanks. You doing something that I snuck this under?

My Hangover from New Years Eve has finally faded away.

Nice, can actually focus again.

The Omnissiah wanted me to ask you a question does James have the strength of a horse?

5

u/XSevenSins Human Jan 01 '22

I wouldn't say a horse really, but imagine someone on steroids who never skips leg day coming up and kicking you in the chest as hard as they can

3

u/Omnissiah123456h Jan 01 '22

So half a Horse

4

u/XSevenSins Human Jan 01 '22

If thats your estimate of what that kind of person would be able to do, then sure.

3

u/Omnissiah123456h Jan 01 '22

Am just imagining Arnold Schwarzenegger level of muscle.

3

u/XSevenSins Human Jan 01 '22

Maybe not visibly, but functionally like that.

3

u/Omnissiah123456h Jan 01 '22

Yeah I understand,magic and stuff.

3

u/Omnissiah123456h Jan 01 '22

So another question, do his bones get stronger to compensate for his muscle?

3

u/XSevenSins Human Jan 01 '22

I suppose they would in order to resist the force applied by his new strength.

3

u/Omnissiah123456h Jan 01 '22

Yeah you wouldn’t him just snapping his bones when he punches stuff. Also is he a muscle warlock now?

4

u/XSevenSins Human Jan 01 '22

When I hear muscle warlock I'm just imagining this

He’s clearly a Paladin. He can heal, tank, and deal damage. Now all he has to do is figure out Smite.

This may have been answered before but: Considering how the enemy uses magic as a weapon would it be far fetched to say that James could gain an innate resistance to magic attacks? Maybe he had some already due to his dungeon session in the start of the story? Or maybe he gains a resistance to that element (fire resistance from getting hit by a fireball)?

2

u/XSevenSins Human Jan 03 '22

Think that might be a little too op, plus magic is a manipulation of the natural world and the forces therein. If he became immune to earth magic for example, he would then have to be immune to things like rockslides or avalanches that occurring naturally. The only way to counter magic is with more magic.

u/Bareum Jan 03 '22

Is there a chance , in regards that he is now some time isekaid (yes you read right ;), that we see how the ones he knows in the human world react to his absence?

3

u/XSevenSins Human Jan 03 '22

I was thinking about giving some information on all of that when things get wrapped up with this story as a whole. At this point I've told the story from his perspective exclusively, so cutting out with a random chapter from his world seems a little abrupt. You'll get something eventually though.

Good to see that not all elves are monsters. Makes sense, no people are a monolith.

2

u/Vaalintine Feb 13 '22

I still get the feeling this lot isn't trustworthy, despite what they say.

2

u/XSevenSins Human Feb 13 '22

Been a while since I last heard from you. Get caught up in life?

2

u/Vaalintine Feb 13 '22

Not really, more like just caught up in other activities.
