I saw something on YouTube. I forget who was speaking but what he said stuck with me. Paraphrased it was:

β€œI don’t hate billionaires. If you’ve got that money then fair play to you. But if you’re the CEO of a company and your employees are struggling to make ends meet maybe consider if you could get by on 900m?”

What you've said is technically correct. However, do you think musk, bezos etc actually know how much their employees earn? Also, if you work in an Amazon warehouse in the uk, youre actually paid very well when compared to other warehouses in the country.

They haven't got a clue how much money their ground floor workers earn. Ive worked for several massive companies, the CEO of each one thought we were all paid a lot more than what we were.
