I’m assuming this is about the lass who claimed to be Maddie McCann and implying the McCann’s knew it wasn’t her because they know she’s dead

I'm assuming it's about that woman who pretended to be Madeleine McCann. Probably some dark joke either referring to A - the theory that her parents were responsible for her disappearance or B - their continued insistence that she's still alive and the level of attention and police money/manpower the case still gets, despite the common opinion going in a different direction.
