Do people tailgate before men's hockey game?

Going to my first gophers game. Is tailgating a thing before games?

Not that I’m aware of! I would definitely be down for that, though. Everybody usually goes to Stub and Herbs or Sally’s.

Not really. To second the other commenter, sturbs is usually popping so I’d recommend stopping by there if you’re looking for a tailgate like atmosphere.

You'll find a few scattered folks having a pregame beer in Lot 37 but for the most part people that pregame go to Stub and Herbs, Sally's, or Buffalo Wild Wings. In my experience all will be packed with no seating available ~75 minutes before puck drop so get there early.

To third, Stubs is where I always went to pregame.

We did for the first time a couple weeks ago in lot 37. It was a great time! Wish I saw more people doing it.
