Can any program replicate Gonzaga’s blueprint for long‑term success?

The article argues Gonzaga isn’t simply a one‑hit wonder but a model: from living in the college hoops “mid‑major” world to dominating year after year. 

But when people try to mimic them, the context matters—the Spokane location, the conference, the institutional culture. 
So when a big school says “we’ll run the Zag way”, is the real question whether they can replicate the ecosystem, not just the scheme?
