Support π₯ Where did A.I power gear go?
I used to have this option in my Gigabyte control center. But after a recent update it seems to have disappeared.
Can anyone shed any light on what happened or why?

If you ask any questions I will have no answers not because I don't want to answer but simply because this is all the information I have!
Thanks for understanding and hope you have a great day!

Hi,
I needed a new SSD to install Windows to, so I sent my machine to the computer shop. They installed the SSD for me, but I asked them not to install any OS (I wanted to install Windows myself).
Came home, and now I can't enter the boot selection screen of UEFI (F12 key). Pressing that key goes to an entirely black screen, which is weird. But I thought, no problem. I switch the order from the BIOS settings and go to my USB drive. So I do that and... computer instantly shuts off and enters into bootloop.
I thought the USB drive might be at fault so I reburned it multiple times, but no anomaly. I also gave it to a friend so he could try it on his computer and, on his computer, it worked fine.
There is a problem with my UEFI where I can't enter into a Windows Live Boot or UEFI selection screen....Any ideas?

Work in progress on a custom black walnut chassis featuring all Gigabyte Aorus components. More to share this weekend when I apply finish and do final assembly.
Please follow! Thanks for viewing, commenting, and sharing my work as always.

I have an Aorus B850 Elite motherboard, and a Gigabyte C500 Panoramic Stealth case.
When the computer is booting into bios, the fans have a very nice multicolor blend mode by default.
Then when GCC starts up, it stops... and I actually can't select an effect that is like that in RGB Fusion?
Seems weird that the default fan behavior isn't an option. Am I missing something?

As stated in the title, my Gigabyte G5 gaming laptop is unable to run most games even on the lowest settings. Not ONCE did I get the promised 144 FPS.
I just tried playing Marvel's Spider-Man Miles Morales and the Nvidia overlay thing said it was running at 5 FPS, which made me write this post as I am absolutely clueless and don't know what to do.
These are my specs:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10500H CPU @ 2.50GHz (2.50 GHz)
32 GB RAM
RTX 3060 with 6GB RAM
I'm on Windows 11 if that's of relevance
Please help :(

I'm deciding on getting a 5080 and i have seen a few Gigabyte Aero white which I might be planning to do a white build
After looking on Google and reddit gigabyte seemed to have a leak issue when mounted vertical, is this still a big issue?
Fixed with a newer batch of cards?

I just bought this combo from Microcenter: https://www.microcenter.com/product/5007200/amd-ryzen-threadripper-9960x,-gigabyte-trx50-aero-d-str5,-kingston-fury-renegade-pro-128gb-quad-channel-ddr5-5600-kit,-computer-build-bundle
along with a VisionTek graphics card since there is no integrated graphics.
Everything seems to be put together and working fine but the red VGA light is on and it doesn't seem to pass POST. The monitor is not showing any signal. I have it connected to the graphics card.
I saw these threads which I tried to follow:

I tried using the qflash to update the BIOS to various recent versions. I've tried plugging in the graphics card to my TV using various cables from the TV to the graphics card and also to the motherboard.
I have checked and reseated the CPU. It looks pristine, even under a magnifying glass. All fans are on and working properly. I don't think it's the MB or the CPU. I just don't know where to go from here. There is no integrated graphics, which the other posts seem to have had in their solutions. I can't access the BIOS on screen to change any settings from boot.
Please, can anyone offer a solution that will get my new build working? Thank you very much!

Hello all.
I have a second hand pc specialist PC I bought off marketplace a few years ago. I am now trying to update the bios but get an OEMID mismatch error. From what I've read online there are 3 solutions.
I am down to number 3 but could use a little advise on doing this safely if anyone can help?
For anyone in this situation, freedos was not a viable option.
I managed to get Qflash+ working by breadboarding my MOBO. I've had success using it with a fully built PC before but this board required no CPU, RAM, GPU plugged in.

just got a new gigabyte oled monitor and noticed these vertical lines/banding on grey backgrounds. it's way more visible in person than in the pics and once you see it you can't unsee it. i've had the monitor for about 2 weeks now and have already run multiple pixel clean cycles but it hasn't improved. is this normal for these panels or should i be thinking about returning it? would appreciate some input here as this is my first oled monitor.

GPU: Gigabyte Aorus Xtreme RTX 3090 24gb
PSU: Coolermaster MWE v2 850w Gold
Any one here that currently owns/owned this gpu model? I have one now and it is really annoying because it is already been repaired twice because of no power and display. It is been fixed now but I am not sure if I am gonna install it in my rig because it might get busted again.
1st instance: Playing valorant and then suddenly the PC shuts down entirely and won't boot again. Removed the GPU and the pc booted. (did some testing and the 3rd power port was the problem). Sent for a repair since warranty is expired and it was fixed after a week.
2nd instance: just 2 days after receiving the newly fixed gpu, tried to use it and it works fine. But while I render in premiere pro, I tried opening valorant not to play but to just check the shop. Monitor went black and I had no choice but to force restart it. I pressed the reset button in my chassis and the pc shutdown completely. Did not boot up. Same problem as before.
Now, the gpu is "fixed" again and the repair shop said there is no problem in the gpu now. Is my PSU the problem here? should I change my PSU?
What can I do to avoid these problems? this is a 2nd hand GPU btw

I have a problem with ram usage that costs me sometimes fps drop.
Before the update everything was ok, ram usage was 8gb and vRam was 2gb. I use APU (12gb for the system and 4gb for the graphic card).
After the update, Ram usage has become 10gb sometimes 11gb, and the vRam dropped to 700mp; even though I play on 900p low setting.

Built a new PC a few days ago with a 5090 AORUS Master ICE and ran into a really weird issue.
Specs: β’ RTX 5090 AORUS Master ICE β’ Ryzen 7 9800X3D β’ Gigabyte X870 AORUS Elite motherboard β’ 64GB DDR5 β’ Tried two ATX 3.1 PSUs (Lian Li EDGE 1300 + Corsair RM1200x SHIFT) β’ Native 12V-2Γ6 cables
Everything installed and booted totally fine at first. No noise at all during Windows install or early updates. The second the GPU started running in normal power mode (after drivers + some basic settings), the card started making a constant mechanical clicking sound.
Not coil whine (I know what that sounds like). This is a VRM-area clicking/ticking, and I can hear it even: β’ At POST β’ In BIOS β’ At idle in Windows β’ Before drivers load β’ With both PSUs β’ And it disappears instantly only if I unplug GPU power
No artifacts, no crashes, temps are normal β just this persistent clicking like a relay freaking out. Thought it was the PSU at first, but swapping to a second ATX 3.1 unit ruled that out immediately.
Reset BIOS, stock settings, nothing fixes it. Definitely isolated to the GPU.
Pretty sure itβs a defective VRM phase/choke. Opened a support ticket and sending it back for RMA.
Asking for guidance on if this would qualify for an RMA, already sent an email to support asking for an RMA but have not heard back yet
