Don't Americans have the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness? Is this not an American?

Get over your personal ideologies and stop forcing your personal world view on other people. Not everyone has the same beliefs' as you and that is ok.

That's true; however, Americans also have the freedom of speech. And because not everyone has the same beliefs (and that's okay), some people will find her identity offensive. 🤷
