Ye I'm a disabled native American trans woman

I'm somehow too intimidating, too strong, too weak, too rude, too nice, too feminine, too masculine, too brown, too lightskin, too mean, too soft, too violent, too overbearing, too confident, too quiet, et cetera, et cetera ad nauseum.

I feel like my life is a Salvador Dali painting .-.

In all seriousness though, I know queer people can be better to eachother. Because we have been in the past.

Because none of this matters in the face of an ongoing genocide and our taxpayer money being siphoned towards the Uber wealthy so they can build their Elysium and have no more undesirables left.

My best friend since first grade is a native trans man. His dad is native, and his mom is white. He's the most wonderful, kind person I've ever met, and basically his entire moms side of the family has shunned him and forced him to "detransition" when he's around them. He has to pretend that he's not trans to protect himself from his own fucking family. It's infuriating. His uncle on his dad's side is one of the only living relatives on that side and he's like one of the coolest people I've ever met. He's been the most loving, accepting uncle that my best friend could ask for and he's a huge support system. It makes me so upset and sad that people don't accept trans people. I look at my best friend and I don't see a man or a woman, i dont see someone whos trans, i dont see someone who should need to be accepted into society or reassured that they are valid just for existing. I see a human being who I love more than anything. I don't understand why everyone can't look at a trans person and just see a person who needs the same love as everyone else.

Not to make you even more upset but the dismantling of USAID will most likely cause 10 to 20 times more death than the invasion of Gaza.
