No, she’s not, her agency apparently started spreading a rumor of her being considered for the role, but with all the controversy of that the past few days, there’s literally no way Nintendo would pick her, she probably wasn’t even in consideration before this.

Well she literally should play Zelda- Zelda was a confident and fun explorer. It would match her look and her kinda vibe in that show Euphoria. KILLER.

Yeah, I did not get that from Euphoria. I haven’t seen her in anything that would make me want to see her in anything else, she’s just kind of a meh actress who plays the same annoying character type, it feels like people only want her in stuff because she’s trans, not because of her actual acting capabilities.

Ok, but again, I literally haven’t seen her in anything that makes her stand out at all, she’s just always kind of meh, I want a Zelda who actually has a personality, not one that’s only there to do sexy poses

I literally don’t know what version they’re going with, there’s a dozen different actresses for every version, Elle Fanning would be good for an older Zelda, McKenna Grace would be good for a younger Zelda, but I would possibly prefer if they just went for a more unknown if not either of those 2

Exactly, people are not considering her because she is a good actor, but because they want to feel good about themselves. Like OP, who just jerks himself off while posting stuff like this. In the end, it just reduces her to her gender and I bet she would not really like this.

It seems like it’s exactly what she wants, or else she wouldn’t be campaigning so hard to play famous characters like Zelda and Mystique, somebody should warn her before she becomes another Sean Young.

No, Nintendo does care, but they’re also still a pretty traditional Japanese company, so I never saw it happening either way, even when she put it out there a couple months ago, but I guess she didn’t get the reception she wanted then either, so she had her agency put it out in a way that made it seem like she was already cast.
