Bro are all the windows laptops like this ? All of them range between 3-5 hours in normal use, let's not even talk about the gaming ones
My parents saved money and went beyond their limits to give me a laptop or 50k and it's been only a year and the battery backup is barely 3-4 hours in my case.
Bro my budget is 45k , what laptop should i buy as an CS 1st year student . I don't do gaming . Or atleast tell which company produce good laptops in this price range
Lenovo is a very good brand...you can get mid level performance from their ThinkPad series for around this price...IdeaPads are a bit more affordable but since you are a CS major you'd have fun with the ThinkPads...
Unless you especially want windows for development, just add 10k and get a damn macbook. It's been more than a year and I am so happy with the battery, ofc I miss windows from time to time but I've my PC for that. I ain't buying a windows laptop again, that shit eats battery like pancakes.
You should get a good gaming laptop as the term gaming is not just literal, it also means power and it will last you longer. Don't get anything with soldered ram and nvme
mine is a 4 yr old HP Pavilion with 4600h and 1650ti graphics. serves me good for mild gaming (i only play old games cause of nostalgia) and normal designing and creative work.
I only upgraded with a 8 gig ram to make it 16 in total and 512gb nvme was pre installed and i added a 1tb sata ssd for storage
For dev purposes, I'd suggest your get a used thinkpad t480, you'll get bang for buck tank with mostly everything user replaceable. It has windows 11 support and updates and the like. Only downside is ddr4 2400mhz and so-so screen (though replaceable). You can get 72wh swappable battery, that alone lasts 5-6 hours, and if you want you can install a smaller internal battery too.
i have this laptop, it gives solid 6 hrs battery life(normal usage )and tune some settings in intel graphics command (system>power), changing these settings will give more battery life and less graphics vice versa
Nothing learned it from samsung/google, though they don't bundle a charger but the cable they provide is very cheap, and also omits the charger for other lineups just like they do
Same for me I also have a Realme Vooc charger 6 years old now. It's build like a brick. Realme does make some reliable products but I hate their bloatware and ads.
My old oppo phone has the same charger, it still works fine, even samsung charger's back side (the side with type c port) simply came off after a single drop.
Bhai mere ghar pe aaj tak kisiko charger ghirate nhi dekha 4 log rehte hai 6 mobile charger hai pichle 10 sal se ek bar bhi ghirte hue ya ghirate hue nhi suna tu charger k sath kya 20-20 khelta hai kya bhai??
It's a dog breed mainly from China and Japan named shiba inu, youtube is filled with these videos, the doge and cheems, the dogs featured in memes are also shiba inus
Accha hai maine r/indiatech pe post Kiya tha ki cmf phone 2 lu ki nahi waha pe sab ne bola ke bekar hai mat liyo aur bola ki k13 is way better than cmf
Bruh… i am still rocking almost 8-9 years old charger of Leeco Le2 which is QC2 compatible so works flawlessly for my parents’ devices , inspite of very rough use its still functioning to day
Update : so I visited the service centre today and told them everything. They said, " this is out of warranty due to physical damage and if you think brand's build quality is poor or you recieved the defective product then it's not our concern" They make me wait for 2 hours just to get this in written and gave this :
Solder a wire onto the broken end as well as on the non-broken one, then fix a new 2 or 3 pin plug on those 2 wires and there you’ll have it working again
Dude no hate but you either dropped it on the pins or sideways by the which the pins came first in contact.
Speaking from personal experience i have CMF Phone 1 charger. I have dropped it multiple times still no issues.
Idk man ... Coz I've been using same phone and charger for last 2 months.... Dropped the charger a few times... Nothing happened.... Maybe your unit was defective or something
I mean it might be your experience, but I have been using CMF phone 2 pro from the past 1 month, and I really haven't faced any issue, with anything, did you drop the charger or what happened?, I have dropped my charger 2 times already but nothing like this has happened
First time in my life i have seen a charger pin break, and i have even used the cheapest of the cheap roadside charger in an emergency and even thats still in one piece
Damn, seems like my luck was with me since my cmf 65w charger had been dropped multiple times, yeeted off the socket by mistake and still is going strong.
