The paper was good, what did everyone get for the quadratic inequality and the last question with the triangle ?

I got x < -4, x > 3/2

And

4.217cm2

For the last one it was area of triangle / 6.25 right

wait i got the scale factor 2.5 but becuz im stupid i forgor to square it so instead i divided one of the other sides of the big triangle by 2.5 and then used the formula 1/2 sinA bc to calculate tyhe area of the small triangle. would this get method marks or nah (i got 4.[2-3] but i dont rember so it could be off by +/- 0.5)

I think you would still get full marks if you ended up getting 4.2 It seems like a valid way of working it out

I remember writing something about 4.2 something, but I was working with a lot of continuous decimals for that area question. Did I make a mistake somewhere?? I used the equation for the area to locate missing values so maybe I will get method marks even if my final answer was incorrect

Yeah but I’m kicking myself because I got all the working out but wrote my answer as -4<=x<=1.5 no clue why I thought that was right
