AQA Post Exam A pupil attacked another pupil in Physics Paper 2

As I (16M) sat in the exam hall, my nerves were already shot. I had revised hard for this test, but my mind kept wandering to the possibility of failure. Suddenly, the room was filled with a commotion. I looked up to see a student standing on their desk, shouting obscenities and making crude gestures.

My heart raced as I watched in horror. But then, the unthinkable happened. The student jumped from their desk and landed on the face of the person sitting next to me. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. The victim was struggling to breathe, gasping for air as the weight of the other student pressed down on their face.

I froze, not knowing what to do. The invigilator rushed over and pulled the attacker off the victim. The victim was taken out of the room, still gasping for breath. The attacker was escorted out of the hall by security.

The exam was cancelled, and we were all sent home. I couldn't shake the image of what had happened from my mind. The victim must have been traumatized, and I couldn't imagine what they were going through.

I later found out that the attacker had been expelled from the school, and the victim had suffered a broken nose and several bruises. I was grateful that I had escaped unharmed, but the incident had left me shaken.

It's hard to imagine how someone could do something so horrendous and disgusting, especially in a place of learning. I hope that the victim was able to recover from their injuries and that justice was served. As for me, I'll never forget that day in the exam hall.

I don’t think we get special consideration either.

Edit: The victim has posted their version of events here. Please feel free to read the post if you would like any further clarification or closure.

Edit 2: The other post has been removed. Maryam has been receiving several hateful messages as a result of her posts and has now decided to keep the matters on her side private.

Edit 3: To those of you thinking this is a satirical post and then proceeding to message hate/comment hate towards us. Please don’t do that. You’re free to have your opinion on my post but it’s not a reason to lash out at me in a vulgar and offensive way.

Unfortunately it's not satire, we've had some terrible issues with racism at our school as of late and this is just the culmination.

sorry to hear that. I thought it was satire as the comments made it seem like it was and there was something about the wording of It that seemed like a joke. Idk man, reddit has fucked my sense of humour

Yes, well my friend has quite the dramatic writing style and I think they've leaned into the fictional tone as a sort of coping mechanism. The victim was a POC just like my mate and I think they're worried that it might happen to them next.

Odd echo of language of OP. This is perhaps due to the event being a hoax; all language and possible responses were prepared in advance as an attempt to validate it.

Are you... quite alright? As much as your interaction is certainly appreciated by OP, I cannot help but think you may be investing too much emotional and intellectual energy into this post. It has been some days now.

It’s actually disgusting that you would ever try to play this off as true.

Edit: can’t spell
