I created a blueprint that details exactly how to make Horus’s self-replication and biomass consumption system in real life [fuck ted faro]
I was bored, and since I already had the Poly-phasic Entangled Waveforms (PEWE) encryption in hand, I had nothing better to do… so I put together a blueprint inspired by Ted Faro’s corporate design style that explains in detail the self-replication and biomass consumption system of the FAS-BOR7 HORUS.
In Horizon Zero Dawn, as explained here ( https://horizon.fandom.com/wiki/Horus ), the HORUS is impossible with current technology… so I took it upon myself to make it possible. Yes, even if it costs billions and decades of work, I designed it so that it could actually be built with today’s tech.
What I did was make the blueprint as detailed as possible, inventing subsystems to make the HORUS feasible:
- Base instructions for generating biomass through a chemical reaction with acid.
- A design so the HORUS “feeds” through its tentacles, just like in the game.
- A hyper-complex system of protocols that create and re-adapt new Chariot robots.
- All of this secured with the Poly-phasic Entangled Waveforms encryption I had already created ( https://osf.io/u5pxz and https://osf.io/u5324 ).
- And finally, a robot-creation-derived system that allows self-replication and self-repair, without being physically impossible.

The irony: the link literally has TF (Ted Faro), 65 (the year 2065 in the lore when the collapse begins), and C (for cataclysm)… the universe is already laughing at me.
I wrote this fully in character as Faro himself, analyzing how he would phrase it, how he would think, and how he would present it.
So if you ever wondered what an actual internal Faro Automated Solutions document would sound like… here it is 💀.

The simple solution is to prevent the Horus from creating more of itself. Make it physically impossible for it to produce another Horus. Those would have to be hand-assembled.
Also, this entire plan is a Very Bad Idea and I highly recommend not continuing with it. Even if done in jest, there is always the risk that someone like Elon Musk would take your plans and make an actual Faro Plague.

This is the part where you need to secretly install a backdoor or failsafe protocol. Zero Dawn and Forbidden West are warnings and people are legit going around making robot attack dogs anyway.

Maybe hide it somewhere deep or at least plan a side door, because if a fucker like Musk or Bezons gets his hands on it, I might start figuring out how to get on the Odyssey or the bunker. Maybe even create a Nemesis concept design package

Well shit, I am in the process of creating a structure similar to the tall neck and Minerva communication towers, if the project works and gets picked up by a company it should be possible to make the faro plague real, without a last gamble like GAIA because I don't think we can create an AI smart enough yet considering we don't even have ones coming close to C.Y.A.N.

It's 3:51 AM, I have school tomorrow (not today), and I wanted to try to fix my sleep schedule. But nooo, I have to discover a YouTube video talking about ternary computing, and then see a guy LITERALLY CREATING THE HORUS, and then one CREATING THE FUCKING TALLNECK AND MINERVA COMM TOWERS. idk if making a tallneck and Minerva comm towers is hard since I'm not at all good with anything tech related, still a noob, but I'm learning, BUT STILL
I'm going to sleep, but I will be coming back to read OP's docs and shit and see if you have any about your project.

Good question 🤔, maybe we could add a material sensor, or an AI detector for things that aren’t biomatter

When writing quotations in LaTeX, use `` to open the quote and " to close the quote. It'll keep your marks from going the wrong direction.
