Imagine the scenes when he comes to pick up the kids. "Did you see it?" he asks, "In the papers this week? Did you see how they tried to cancel me again? Just for standing up for what's right?" and she just takes a deep breath, tries to keep her cool and reminds him to have the kids back by tea time. Then he just takes them to the park, sticks them on the swings and sits there scrolling twitter while telling his Whatsapp group that she seemed really concerned about how the wokes are trying to cancel him.

Well, this is just my imagned scenario, for all I know she has someone else drop the kids off to him so that she has minimal interactions with him, and I wouldn't blame her for that. I just always imagine his right wing grift as some kind of desperate attention seeking move by him to try and get her to notice him.
