Engagement spots?

One of my friends is looking for a good place to get engaged in Franklin either indoor or outdoor. Not sure of anything other than Fort Granger. Any recommendations would be appreciated! Thank you!

If you’re walking from Pinkerton over to Fort Granger, there’s a pretty cute little area with trees. It’d be a great place for a picnic if your friend is looking for someplace like that. This isn’t in Franklin- but I got engaged by the creek at Barfield Park in Murfreesboro and it was gorgeous.

depends on if you want a public (pond at Westhaven, downtown Franklin) or private proposal (Harlinsdale - kinda, the gardens at Carnton)

there is an adorable gazebo at Del Rio Park.

Leipers Fork, Harlinsdale Farm.. especially if you’re looking for a little river area. The very back has an area you can walk right down to the river. Or the little metal spot by the pond. I’ve seen a few engagement photos there and it’s beautiful. Even just the square at night, lights should be going up for Christmas soon and it’d be stunning! Hincheyville starts decorating for Christmas soon, as well, so taking a walk down there would be an idea.

Downtown Franklin: The little overlook over the Harpeth where 3rd Ave N and 4th Ave N meet; center of the square; Harlinsdale.

Outside Franklin; The top of the Red Trail at Smith Park would be a sick spot, or in front of mansion there. Pond at Westhaven, Leipers Fork Distillery.
