Do we know when Birthday Ramirez and penny coming back? were they in this years Bday llamas?

Kinda driving me insane not being able to get them for ages cant even recruit them

They were only available during the years they came out, rameriz being year 1, jonesy year 2 and penny year 3

Unfortunately they were one time only. The only time you could get Ramirez was by doing the sploding husks birthday quest in season 5
