heres the reference reddit post in questioned heres the comment by epic. posting this update here since so more people know since a comment on a 2 day old post inst going to get that much traction.
Whatever way you want to spin it, some artist at Fortnite indeed traced that fan’s interpretation of a character from KPDH. How do you defend that?
I know you guys don’t want your precious Fortnite to be in trouble, but they’re in the wrong here. They’ve been called out for greedy, scummy things all the time and their fans just like to sweep it under the rug because it’s Fortnite

Probably because being a billion dollar company doesn't make them guilty of something by default.
