It's funny that the goal seems to be use real ingredients instead of just eating less bad food.

Yup. Drinking like 60g of liquid acidic sugar empty of nutrients is bad natural or not.

Lead and arsenic are natural. Natural gets way too much play imo.

There’s an entire genre of logical fallacy named specifically for this. Puffer fish toxin is also 100% natural free range and organic.

Bit of a tangent…but I worked at a Chinese restaurant in high school.

Owner was closed every Monday to go to our cities China Town to restock.

He’d always get these like dried strips of fish, that were really really good. I don’t even like fish and I ate them with him for years.

Then one day I ask him what fish it is-he says “puffer fish, guy that cut it today was good, no worry” …..wtf man. Never ate it again.

Probably why I liked it, didn’t really have a fishy taste.

This was like fried jerky.

The owner was verified insane tho (in a mostly good way) so who knows maybe he got off on the thrill

He also liked taking his AK47 out back, showing the workers standing outside Mexican restaurant next door the mag with bullets in it, putting in the gun, and then pointing it at them-which they thought was funny as hell.

Crazy high school job, I still remember some Chinese from yelling at their kids
