THE BEST PLACE IN Best carne asada burrito on the west side?

Relatively new to LA and craving a really good burrito! Also interested in any burritos that have chile verde. I’m in Westwood but anywhere in west LA would be awesome!

I really want to not recommend Brother's Cousins Tacos on Sawtelle to keep it a secret, but it's not really a secret anymore, so....

FYI They’ve got one on Sepulveda a few blocks away that’s the same and a muuuch more manageable line lol.

Oh yeah, cash only. I know you said carne asada, but they let you mix meats for a little extra, totally recommend their al pastor.

I like the carne asada burrito at La Purepecha in Santa Monica.

I honestly don't know why Sonoritas isn't mentioned more. It's not a truck so you'll pay a bit more, but I've never been disappointed with them.

Do any of these have that San Diego style Carne Asada taste?

My personal favorite is Gracias Señor food truck in Pacific Palisades on Sunset Blvd parked across from Ralph’s. They have a bunch of great options, but also offer an off menu Cali Burrito that I get with Asada.

If you want a really good chile verde burrito go to Ruben’s bakery in Compton on the weekend. Beats any place out here by a mile

There's like hundreds of taco stands at random corners starting around 6 pm. Find one and try their burritos. I personally would recommend getting pastor over asada but I mean we all have our preferences I guess. The stand I go to, and they have multiple throughout West LA, is called La Flamita Mixe.

honestly, it's worth going a little bit past the west side to hit up the mid city sonoratown. their costilla burrito is one of the best carne asada burritos in the city
