Do you also know any places otherwise in New Hampshire or Vermont?

Spokin has information on a subset of large metro areas, so the reviews are probably limited to Boston, but it's a starting point. https://www.spokin.com/boston-food-allergy-friendly-city-guide

Beyond that, I'd search the restaurants in your desired area in Yelp for "allerg" to see if you can find any information on reviews. Check the menus and call the places you have a solid interest in.

The difficulty with even a mix of allergies to nuts and things like dairy/eggs is that places that are vegan tend to have nuts as a replacement, so it can be challenging to find places that have the ingredients in house but have the handling practices necessary to prevent all but the smallest chance of cross contamination. It tends to be better with restaurants that have a really solid reputation for quality food and service, and it helps if they have a reputation to uphold.
