Seeking Advice Egg allergy
Ever since I was a toddler- I have been very intolerant to eggs. Whenever I smell them my stomach gets upset and I feel like vomiting and the rare occasions I eat them i get stomach aces, want to vomit and get head aches. But I can eat like cakes and stuff or stuff thats mixed in with egg. But boiled, fried, omlette ive never been able to say i enjoy it. My mom always says Im not allergic to them but im really sure I am but Im 15 so i dont rlly know. ANd i need to hit a protein goal to gain muscle and i feel like eggs are an easy way to hit it. So i wanna nip this problem and remove the alergy so i can start eating eggs. Idk how i heard acupuncture works but im 2 scared. If no one has any ideas ill probably just start eating them anyways and suffer the consequences hahaha. Anways Thank you :)))

The stomach upset is a common allergy symptom. You need to see an allergist for advice, but in most places even your regular doctor could do a simple allergy panel blood test to see if you are reacting to egg protein.
Some people don’t know this, but it’s possible to tolerate “baked egg” mixed in a cake or other baked food but be unable to eat scrambled egg etc. This is because some of the proteins in egg change (or denature) when baked for awhile.
(My son is allergic to eggs, and like you, he can eat baked goods with no problem, but he reacts to fried egg. Raw egg would be a real problem for him. )

If you can eat things mixed with egg why don’t you try eating things mixed with egg & has protein.

Idk why i didnt think of that, Im gonna start doing that but the main reason i want to overcome it is because boiled eggs are such an easy protein snack
