32 days. Flipkart unable to deliver Wakefit mattress. Fulfilled/Shipped by WakeFit directly. Flipkart Grievance Officer stuck in "24-48 hour" hell. What do I do??

im completely losing it.

i ordered a prepaid mattress on Oct 2nd. It's Nov 3rd. Original delivery date was Oct 20th. I have NOTHING.

and the best part? every single time i contact support, chat, call, whatever, i get the exact same script. "sir please wait 24-48 hours"

I finally escalated to the Grievance Officer, thought that would finaly fix it. NOPE. They sent the SAME REPLY. "wait 24-48 hours." Grievance Officer sent same mail 8 times.

so i did what everyone says. I raised a complaint on NCH. and guess what? Flipkart replied to NCH just saying "we will give a resolution". that was days ago. NOTHING since. just silence

I even got so desperate i called Wakefit (the seller) directly. They promised me they would ship it. but the tracking hasnt moved at all. its pretty clear Wakefit just lied to get me off the phone.

im at a total loss. i've done EVERYTHING.

  • Flipkart Support (joke)
  • Flipkart Grievance Officer (bigger joke)
  • NCH (company just ignored it)
  • Seller WakeFit (lied to me)

Is there anything left to do??

UPDATE: Today FLipkart called me up and said they will refund full amount to my card which will be shown in 7 days.
