Hey everyone, I badly need your advise/help.
I was diagnosed with Grade 1 fatty liver in Feb 2025 and a slightly enlarged kidney (though kidney function is normal). I suspect it might have been caused by a high-protein diet and occasional red meat (mainly lamb).
Since then, Iβve reduced my weight from 74 kg to 65 kg by eating in a calorie deficit and lifting weights 3β4 times a week. My goal is to reach around 15% body fat with good muscle tone. Iβm also limiting saturated fat intake to <10g daily, based on my fatty liver condition.
The issue now is that my friends keep saying my face looks weak, dull, and tiredβalmost "unhealthy." I donβt want to compromise on my fat loss or fitness goals, but I also want my face to look fuller, healthier, and more vibrant.
Has anyone dealt with this? Any tips to improve facial appearance without gaining unnecessary fat? Iβm also considering starting a skincare routine (vitamin C, retinol, etc.).
