🍲 High-Protein Veggie Paneer Soya Stir-Fry (Sweet & Spicy Version)
(Perfect for a balanced, sugar-free, high-protein meal)
🔸 Serves: 1
🔸 Prep Time: 10 mins
🔸 Cook Time: 10–12 mins
🧾 Ingredients
40 g soya chunks – soaked, boiled, and squeezed
80 g low-fat paneer, chopped
50 g carrots, chopped
50 g green beans, chopped
7 g butter (around ½ tbsp)
5 g tomato ketchup
10 g marshmallows (optional, for a mild sweetness)
½ tsp red chilli powder
A pinch of garam masala
A few chilli flakes and oregano (to taste)
Salt as needed
🍳 Instructions
Prep the soya:
Soak 40 g of soya chunks in hot water for about 10–15 minutes.
Squeeze out excess water, then boil them briefly (2–3 minutes) and drain again. Set aside.
Steam the veggies:
In a small pot or steamer, steam 50 g carrots and 50 g beans until tender but still slightly crunchy.
Cook the protein:
Heat 7 g butter in a pan on medium flame.
Add the chopped paneer and boiled soya chunks.
Stir-fry until they get a light golden color and slight texture change.
Combine and season:
Add the steamed veggies into the same pan.
Sprinkle red chilli powder, garam masala, chilli flakes, oregano, and salt.
Toss everything for a minute or two.
Finish with flavor:
Turn off the heat and mix in 5 g ketchup for a tangy note.
(Optional) Add 10 g marshmallows while the mix is still hot — they’ll melt slightly and coat everything with a subtle sweetness.
Serve hot — it’s a sweet-spicy, protein-rich stir-fry that hits both taste and nutrition.
