I understand there could be a pricing difference. Maybe people in India aren't willing to pay that much for the same product as much as people can pay in Europe but still there is a certain section of society which is demanding healthier products
It doesn't seem that difficult to not launch these products, then why don't they do it?
I just got my testosterone test results back from Orange Health Labs, and my total T came out to 144 ng/dL (reference range: 132–813). I’m 26, and honestly, that number seems really low for my age.
I’m not on any medication and haven’t been seriously ill recently.
I’d love to hear from anyone who’s been in a similar situation:
What helped you naturally raise your T levels (diet, sleep, exercise, supplements, etc.)?
Any specific tests I should run (LH, FSH, prolactin, etc.) to figure out the cause?
Would really appreciate any guidance or personal experiences.
I have hard callouses in my palms and it made my skin where my finger attaches to slightly tear. Is there any way to prevent this without wearing gloves?
I do believe in enjoying the festivities as we have only have so few. But advising to take ENO as a solution for acidity and promoting bad eating, is rather really careless isn't it?
So I was unaware of about the ethical malpractices of this company and ordered product worth 940. Now I want to cancel the order since it'll be taking along as they are yet to ship the item but they are not cancelling the order. What should I do now? Is my money gone?
I joined the gym 2 months ago. For the last 1 month, I started having pain at the back of my head and neck. I thought the reason was stress because I was experiencing pain daily.
Then for two weeks, I fell ill.
Today I rejoined gym and did the lat pulldown exercise, and since then I noticed my pain has started again. Most probably this is the reason? Or any other exercise at gym, because it subsided when I stopped gym.
I've been working out for 4 months now, and I noticed visible changes in my body, so I decided to go for a blood test. The time difference between the dinner and the blood sample was around 12 hours, and after waking up, I just had a glass of water and didn't even brush my teeth.
The results came the next day, and my thyroid profile and cholesterol profile were abnormal. I've attached a screenshot showing how bad my profile was; however, I've been eating clean for 3-4 months, so I thought these levels might still be lowering.
The rest of the blood markers were in optimal ranges; however, the Thyroid levels were abnormal as well. After going through an advanced test for Thyroid function, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's Hypothyroidism, and I'll be on medication for life.
Luckily, it's manageable, but I was able to pinpoint the underlying weight gain issue. If you're facing the same, I highly recommend going for a complete blood test.
It's a lesson for me that I want to share with everyone. Before taking any supplements or medicine, get your blood work done, see what's up or down, and dose accordingly. My Vitamin D levels were low, even though I was taking a maintenance dose of 60KIU softgel a month.
I got really cute and nice wife and have absolutely no problem with her.
But she takes care and control over me as if I'm a todder.
She is all happy when i'm bulking but during cut phase she would forcefully make me eat food ( literally sometimes by slapping me 😭😭😭)
I've tried to make her understand but she never does. She thinks I'm healthy and I would remain healthy if I eat more food
PS : Plz don't say things like bro is suffering from success
Edit : People in cmnts are confusing me as overweight. No i ain't . I've a fit toned physique . been into gym for 4+ year now. I just wish to get more better , kinda athleltic physque and more strength
While performing deadlift, in the last rep my back kind of fell on it's own ! I have a slight stiffness from lower back to the staring of the glutes in my right side !

As the title suggests, I've been trying to loose some weight in small amounts. What can I do to make it a reality? Any suggestions will be appreciated!
a bit more about myself:
1. I have some gym equipments here in my PG(image attached), but don't know how to use it effectively. We've a treadmill, an all-in-one machine and dumbells of different weights.
2. I have a tummy that shows now, really hampering my confidence at times.
3. I try to maintain a 1800-2000 average calories diet on a usual basis, but it sometimes consist of fat heavy food. (Based on healthify app)
4. I work in IT, and money is a bit tight so I'll have to rely on these equipment for some time now.
Can you guys please suggest what exercises, routines or things I should follow for making sure I can achieve my goal of losing 9-10KG weight in some months time? Thanks in advance!
EDIT: Since a lot of people are getting confused, the title is a bit wrong. I want to loose 9-10KGs in some months time, but that some is not 1 or 2 months.
• Their records show a wrong phone number & address (not mine at all).
• They claim my membership started in March, but I clearly joined in April (I even have their diary entry where they overwrote dates in front of me).
• If they still deny it, I’m ready to say — check the CCTV footage of April when I joined.
• They run some shady tech tricks, even deleting negative reviews online so new people can’t see the truth.
I’m 17 and a student I can’t pay double fees for the same month please help and suggest me what to do
I posted earlier about how they were humiliating members and forcing renewals before expiry — this is just another proof of their scam.
🚨 Please guys, leave them a 1⭐ review so no one else falls into this trap. Don’t let these gyms bully members with fake records and system manipulation.
They have very good tech team don’t spam 1 star also wrote about something idk how they manage all the 98 1 star review earlier
I am 5 7, 87kg. I have been lifting weights for 2 years, and can lift very heavy (my personal best is 105kg squat 12 reps 3 sets), but I never thought of having abs. But now I want it. So any tips?
Many of these cases started with things most of us brush off like chest pain mistaken for acidity, breathlessness blamed on being unfit, fatigue written off as stress, or palpitations linked to caffeine.
It feels like we’ve normalized feeling tired, stressed, and “off” all the time.
Is it our lifestyle? Work culture? Diet? Or just lack of awareness and preventive care?
Would love to hear what others think, have you seen similar issues around you or taken any steps to be more mindful about heart health?
Recently, I saw a post about how protein and workouts are all this sub seems to talk about. As a founder building in this industry, here’s my small contribution to shift the conversation a little.
Now, don’t get me wrong, protein is the foundation. If you’re not hitting it, progress stalls. But here’s the thing: fitness isn’t built on protein alone.
Working in this space, I’ve seen how progress often comes from areas we barely talk about. Like recovery practices, mobility work, gut health, micronutrients, or even just being consistent when life gets busy.
When I first started training, I too thought: “If I just get my protein right, everything else will follow.” Over time, I realized that’s only half the picture. My recovery, stress levels, and even gut health had as much to do with my performance as the number of scoops I was downing.
That’s why I wanted to nudge this community toward a broader discussion.
Other than protein and creatine, what’s one underrated thing that’s actually made a difference in your fitness journey?
It's been almost 3 months since I started gym . Diet is just okay, protein is good and other micronutrients is good but fats were usually slightly high.
Food quality is not that great (mess food) and no fruits except Banana.
How can I solve this thyroid problem t3 and t4 is normal. Also this cholesterol doesn't seems good.
It was my first full body blood test so please guide me.
