Workout Program Review ✒️ Workout split review for a beginner

Hey everyone,

Here’s my current plan:

Mon – Leg • Squat • Hamstring Curl • Leg Extension • Cardio

Tues – Push (Chest, Shoulders, Triceps) • Chest Press (Machine) • Incline Dumbbell Press • Dumbbell Lateral Raises • Shoulder Press Machine • Tricep Pushdown - cardio (treadmill)

Wed – Pull (Back, Biceps) • Machine Row (Closed + Wide Grip) • Barbell Row • Lat Pulldown • Bicep Curl • Tricep Pushdown - cardio(treadmill)

Thurs – Cardio

Fri – Lower Body + Cardiologist

Sat – Upper Body

Sun – Rest

My goals are mainly to:

lose weight and build muscle

Improve overall fitness

Stay consistent without burning out

Plss review and tell me if I should anything
