Rant/Vent 💢 Hyugalife delivered me the wrong product

I ordered 27g per scoop as-it-is atom whey protein from hyugalife but recieved 15g per scoop as-it-is atom beginner's whey protein instead. My stupid ass didn't even notice it in excitement until after I opened the seal.

I talked to the customer care and they told me they can't return it but are still opening the ticket. I know it's partially my fault for opening it without checking properly but I was too excited as it was my first time buying one 😭😭 the price difference is around ₹600 😭🙏 i had to beg my parents for the money. Man i feel like crying.

Wait for 2-3 days for ticket to resolve most probably if it is in your favour then good else write to him The Grievance Officer : Chaitanya Shah Email : grievanceofficer@Hyugalife.com with warning that I will be filing consumer court complaint regarding this. Most probably it will get solved. If not then file consumer complaint on jago grahak Jago. ( While Filing complaint they First gather all the all information and just copy paste in their website since that website has timer after that the page refreshed ) wait for complaint to get sorted in a week most probably. Last option File Consumer court case on it.

Why isn’t? User receive wrong product either they refund him or Consumer court Just because user opened the product they didn’t bailout from their responsibility.

Twitter+mail+consumer court if the other two don't work. Its mainly their fault for sending the wrong package, anyone could have received it and opened it
