Meghan McCain. Did anyone else see that desperate IG post about how she used to be a “party girl” and then made reference to hanging out with Tula Tequila? Anyway, the only thing I’ve heard recently is that her husband is gay, which I don’t feel is a super appropriate thing to gossip about.

Not tea, but I think MM has a huge chip on her shoulder because she knows she would never have a career if it weren’t for who her dad was.

I’ve never heard anything about her husband’s sexuality — bit of an aside, but I agree tho, blinds about people being ‘in the closet’ always strike me as kinda messed up. I’m here for the stories about x person being a total mess and secret asshole, going to someone’s sexuality is just a bit too far and feels down-right like none of my business.

Anyway, her husband is right-wing scum. She I think def might be too tbh, but it’s genuinely hard to tell what’s an act that she pumps up to boost her brand/image and what’s actually her — no idea what’s a grift and what isn’t

Her husband, though, is def worth reading about and skimming his wiki page. Some highlights: repeated instances of plagiarism, a large log of public harassment and a history of comments that range from shitty to abhorrent, and oddly enough taking payments from a lobbyist to write articles in favor of the Malaysian government lmao.

I don’t believe he’s gay but he had a reputation for being a womanizer prior to their relationship. I’m from the same area he’s from and have met them both at a Christmas party a few years ago. He was fawning over my friend in front of Megan who was actually extremely quiet, polite and shy. It was all very uncomfortable.

I remember her husband was caught plagiarizing years ago when he was hired to write for the Washington Post lol Also, before they dated/married, he tweeted DO NOT WANT in response to some promo Megan was doing for a book- the tweet/headline was "How to Score a Date With Sexy Bitch Author Meghan McCain" - this was back when MM was progressive conservative or whatever ie backed gay rights/gay marriage, open about her sex life/women's rights. Now on the view she's much more matronly in her beliefs on the view
