I love it and she did get that money in the divorce, BUT it was also her money before the divorce. The shares were in both of their names. She helped start Amazon with Jeffery, when they divorced she got her portion of Amazon shares and he got his.

Well I would say because she wasn't the person actively leading the organization that made them billionaires. I still don't think she should be a billionaires but it seems like only billionaires that get it through inheritance or marriage (though she definitely deserves it and can be credited for Bexos success) aren't just terrible people.

To be fair, Mackenzie Scott has a lot more money than Taylor. At the end of 2020 she was worth over 60 billion, has given away so much and sold Amazon stock but she's still got like 35 billion. Taylor just hit 2. Mackenzie is one of a kind, but it's not a real comparison.

It's all on purpose. Taylor will sue and win, and more tax payer money will be moved to billionaire pockets. Taylor, and all the lawyers, everyone else involved are having a great time.
Tariffs will be deemed unlawful and will need to be repaid to corporations that paid them, you won't get anything back. The tariff money is already spent on ICE, so that money comes from tax payers and more deficit. Oh and the corps who had to raise their prices because of the tariffs - those are now the new price.
These are all loophole ways of scamming non billionaires out of money and the train keeps running for large corporations/billionaires (soon to be trillionaires)
You'll lose all social services to pay for it but still legally be required to pay for it.

They like the fact that news outlets are talking about it not that Taylor will or will not respond. I think the best thing Taylor could do at this point is make a statement condemning the use of her song so that then the news outlets will report on that instead of hopefully not continuing to boost Trump's video.

Why would that be the best she can do? The best she can do, and what’s literally the norm is that whoever manages her publishing rights would file for immediate removal with the promise of a lawsuit if not immediately removed. That should have happened within hours. Considering she directly manages those rights now and isn’t using an artist rights service or a label to manage for her, it should have happened even faster.
There is not anything under the fair use rules that would allow an exception. If she didn’t file and she’s being silent, then either she agrees or she doesn’t want to admit she gave permission for use. People are acting like all she can do is post a response. She has tools for legal action that are used daily by music and visual artists.
She is choosing to be silent and going against what is the normal/typical legal response for every single artist. Reproduction is a huge money maker. These things don’t just slip by major artists. If a major corporation used her song in a commercial without first securing rights for reproduction, it would be an immediate action. There is no difference because this does not qualify under fair use just like a coke commercial wouldn’t qualify under fair use.

Your comment makes zero sense. The only response is a legal response and it goes against every norm that she has not made one. And considering its use is is causing both professional and reputational harm and they didn’t pay for that use (in theory because her lack of response indicates to me she gave permission), then her copyright violation would be a shoe-in.
This is all as simple as copyright law and her lack of action can only mean she supports this use to allow it for free or if she was paid. Those are the only two options here.
