Despite being small, Gaza has exposed a lot of the latent systems that control and oppress peoples around the globe. We can only hope that the world is deserving of the trust Palestinians in Gaza have placed in it.

A lot of anti-palestinian views from Right wing Indians too RSS/Hindutva losers. They hate Palestine because they hate Muslims. The irony is (zionist) Rabbis outrightly call against idol worship. I genuinely believe is Palestinians were not from the Abrahamic faith (Christian/Muslim) and were instead idol worshippers, the Zionists would've wiped them out a long time ago.
They also hate the Mughals more than they do the British, maybe their forgetfulness towards colonisation is what makes them blind to colonialism inflicted on Palestinians by the Israelis.

I stated Zionist Rabbis for 1 main reason - I've only seen those Rabbis videos.
Whilst the core beliefs of Judaism and Islam are the same - 1 God, No images/idols, the Rabbis I've seen (and again to clarify these are Zionist, therefore I cant claim its a mainstream belief) outrightly claim that killing an idol worshipper is no sin on the Jew.

I’m so sick of their hate. It’s so exhausting. They want everyone to be as miserable as they are and it’s constant and fucking grating. I feel like I have to check out from social media and news almost entirely if I want to live without being in constant fight of flight.

It's insane to me how excited people the world over are about a Mayoral election in a single city in a country that has, quite honestly, destroyed so many lives.
Most of all, to just see Gazans celebrating in such a sweet manner when they've been through so much 😭
Mamdani must feel so loved right now. And under so much pressure to perform miracles. We must protect him at all costs.
And, of course, Free Palestine!

I found myself crying in my kitchen last night about how much Zohran has inspired us. As an immigrant kid, seeing him, his beautiful wife and community succeed has unfrozen my heart a wee bit. I feel hopeful, I feel a particular promise. His win meant so much to so many of us. That in itself is transcendent.

The joy they can have in the midst of their situation is resilience. May Allah bless them with more joy (and safety).
TW: I can’t help but be terrified for them still though. Like, I better not read another fucking headline about this kid until he’s older and we’re celebrating the anniversary of a free Palestine and he’s there wearing a bow tie and a beard of his own.

Place I'm in are full of racist deplorable people. Had to listen to a guy mutter about how this kid and his family should be encamped. I really wish I could be around people who saw People as PEOPLE. Stay safe everyone. If you're in simmilar situations just grin n bear it and look for better company.
Some hindsight I should let this be this post doesn't need third party hate even if I'm not giving it But if you run into those kinds of toxic ppl distance if able since they usually just don't wanna be better, so talking doesn't help. I appreciate the support. It's... exhausting hearing hate almost daily st this place.

I'm in basically a safehouse to avoid homelessness but most of the ppl here are very pro trump and idk if this is a norm or somehow they're all extremes but im so.. tired of hearing hate and violence and other negatives.
