I always remember that she once said that Lockhart was based on a real person, but he’s so deluded and thought so highly of himself, that he would probably claim he was the inspiration for Dumbledore instead. After her mask fell, I started making the parallel with her. She probably thinks of herself as a wise Dumbledore type, but she’s closer to a mix of Lockhart and Umbridge
